Hey. Your channel is brilliant. I have searched and searched for videos about other things to do/see in Rome other than the usual. Please keep them coming. I'm planning my third trip to Rome .....hopefully in October. Thank you for rhe original content. Please keep it coming.
Congratulations and, as a Roman, grazie; it's nice to see an American (a foreigner anyway) making videos like yours, a dedica (not mine) to the non-Romans who love this city (forgive my English): -People who are born in Rome love it, but people who were not born and encountered it, sometimes, love it even more.
Mille grazie! Apprezzo molto le tue parole - venendo da un Romano come te! I do love Rome and I'm glad it shows. Your English is just fine. Thank you again!

@@Romewise Thank you for your mention, those are definitely helpful for us! And I will be more specific in the Rome’s, That is my favorite place looking forward to. Thank you!
Thank you! I showed a couple of different rooftops at the end - the Singer Palace Hotel, and the roof of Rinascente department store called the Up Sunset Bar.
I sooooooo miss it it's like home away from home I don't know you would want to live in the US after being there being on the east coast of Italy and seeing the different colors of blue water I just wanted to start construction of a new home and stay just so I could look at that everyday. 🙄🙄😞
We are coming to Rome in May and looking at hotels near the Trevi Fountain. I’m interested in the Hotel Nazionale and the Relais Trevi 95 hotel. Can you offer any advice between the two?
Dear Allie, thanks for watching my video! Both those hotels look fine. I also have a page with my own recommendations: www.romewise.com/hotels-near-trevi-fountain.html Have a great trip!
Just when I think I know Rome well you show me things I've never seen. Hope to be back in autumn 2021. Is it possible to get a Covid test in Rome as that might be a requirement for returning to the USA? Thank you so much!
Hi Kim and thanks so much for watching my video. I'm glad you found it interesting! Right now it's easy to get Covid tests in front of just about every pharmacy. By the time you come I am sure things will have evolved. I hope you can come in autumn as you want to!
Hi! I am a photographer and want to travel to Rome for photo shoots. Do you know the rules for shooting in public spaces such as the Trevi Fountain or the Spanish Steps?
As far as I know, you can take professional photos at those sites, but I do not know for sure. May I suggest you contact another UA-camr and a friend of mine, Alyssa Mae Friend? She is a photographer based here in Rome and does photos shoots in those places.
Right now you cannot visit Rome. Things are evolving all the time. Please bookmark this page, as I update it once a week with all the latest news: www.romewise.com/coronavirus-rome.html
There is not a black and white answer to this question. On one hand, I personally feel safe as I walk around Rome. But I am also used to living in a city, and I don't visit questionable areas alone at night (empty parks, some neighborhoods, etc.) On the other hand, Rome is a big city and we have our share of petty theft and sometimes other crime. So it's not a perfect place, like just about any big city. I think a good rule of thumb is to be aware of your surroundings, don't walk around alone on quiet empty streets if you can avoid it, and know your limts.
I know, I'm sorry for that...I made this a while ago and have since learned a lot about jumping right to the point and you are right, in this older video, it takes too long to get there. Thanks for proving constructive criticism as it helps me improve! And thanks for at least starting to watch my video. Perhaps if you watch some of my newer videos, you might enjoy them more. Thanks again!
Hi Elyssa. I love the way you highlight each segment, text at the bottom of the screen. Loved all the information. Stay safe. 😷 ☘️☘️🌈

Dear Elyssa, what is the name of the small street at 3.44 minutes?
Hi Marcel, the name of that street is Vicolo Scanderbeg.

How safe for lady walk alone in Rome. The side street you walk seems not that many people.

Also, please note that I filmed this video when Rome was nearly empty due to Covid. You will find a lot of these streets much busier now.
I ended the video after 50 seconds. Get to the point next time....
