That's a really cool technique. I'll definitely be trying this soon :)
cool technique
Very nice !
brewgeek1 Thank you!
Love it! Between this and P3's wood video I feel like I'm set :D
I'll have to check that out :) I've seen a few of their videos - they have an interesting approach to painting - I just wish there was a place I could buy P3 paints near me.
Nice technique
Thank you!

A few hours ago I was looking exactly for this! Haha
Bruno .FRod Uh oh - I hope I wasn't too late posting this :)
Perfect timing! It was like a couple hours just before you posted it.
And yes, I was going to paint Zombicide BP's doors lol
So...I tried painting this exact door last night. It turned out looking like someone threw a juicy turd and it slid all the way down. I need to repaint the whole thing and try again.
Aw man :) That sucks! I love the visual though. haha. Make sure your paints are really thinned down so they are just leaving a thin stain behind. Or you could keep the door and just put 1-2 layers of Agrax Earthshade over the whole thing to darken it.
I have a 3D printed figurine of Majora's Mask. I'm going to paint it but I would like for it to look like realistic wood (that has been painted the appropriate colors) since the in-game mask is wooden and painted with bright colors. I honestly dont know how to do it. I only have cheap acrylic craft paint. Any suggestions?
I think that would depend more on the surface texture of the mask - since Majora's Mask is mostly bright colors. If it had "wood grain" as part of the print job.
