They had those parm crisp flavors last year too. I loved them and doubled up on them this year! The paleo maple granola is my favorite granola ever so this year I bought every bag my store had. The maple one is even cleaner and you didn't see it!!🥺

I went to the ER yesterday for chest pain but it’s looking like it was due to GERD. Please do a series for diet helpful for GERD, it’s something many people go through and since there’s no cure, we have to maintain a diet to prevent flareups

Those chocolate macadamia nut keto bars taste pretty good! A bit dry though. We don't have the Bobby approved keto cookies 😫 Just the palm oil ones that I put back.

Hi Bobby! I am a recently new fan. I went shopping at Aldi the other day & I picked up the parmesan crisp cheddar oh my I love them!! they're crunchy like a chip but not the calories or the carbs. I'm diabetic so I'm always looking for good tips. Thanks!!

I love Aldi and I’m lucky to have two stores that are four miles from home,Aldi is putting a lot of stores in Florida,I wish Trader Joe’s would build more stores since there are not that many or too far away.
I’ve rarely watched your grocery store shops because I don’t have the stores you do sadly. I’m thankful I did today because we do have Aldi. I haven’t seen those items. I’ll be on the look out. Thanks
Even if you don’t have the stores, it’s a good lesson or review of label reading, ingredients, nutrition, etc. And it’s just fun to watch and see new products.

The Aldi in my city is new and is sooooo tiny. Ghee is basically clarified butter. Make your own. There are You Tube instructions.

I found Avocado Dip & Spread mini cups in Aldi last week. They just have Hass Avocados and sea salt. I think they taste better than the ones they sell at Costco. I haven't seen the Biltong snacks in my Aldi for the past few weeks, I hope they haven't stopped carrying it.

The Folio wraps were just at 99 cents store. Bought 4 packs for my husband
What a great deal! I just had some cheddar Folio’s that were a few days past the exp date in my fridge but were unopened and looked fine. I used them in omelets. They fit just perfectly on top of the eggs in the skillet as a blanket! Usually I use the parmesan ones to make meatball “subs” - put the Folio down on the plate, put on 3-4 meatballs depending on size, add some sauce, fold the sides up and over the top and add more sauce and a little chiffonade of basil and they’re so good! Eat with a fork, if course. The cheese gets soft and melty.

I use them to make Italian “subs” by, again, laying the Parmesan Folio out on a plate and placing a line of sliced Italian deli meats down in a row - sandwich size pepperoni, mortadella, Genoa salami and soppressata are my faves - and topping with strips of roasted red peppers, a little red onion, sliced black olives, banana pepper rings, a couple of thin tomato slices and shredded lettuce. I put a little vinaigrette on and roll the sides up and over and fix with toothpicks. They’re messy, but if you eat carefully at the table with lots of napkins, you can pick them up and eat them. Or you can leave the vinaigrette off the sandwich and just pour a little in a dish or ramekin and dip the end of your sandwich before each bite. Enjoy!

He moved around a month ago and I'm pretty sure he moved to Florida because it's better overall than Chicago. Better weather, more stores, and low taxes. He's even building his own house.

Palm oil is allowed on the autoimmune protocol diet which is all about Auntie inflammation so I'm not sure why Bobby thinks that palm oil is so bad. Red palm oil from Nutiva and Nutiva palm shortening are both things that I use and they are part of the autoimmune protocol diet which is a stricter form of paleo designed to avoid inflammation in the body and help people with autoimmune disease not have symptoms. Bobby needs to look at Sarah Ballantyne's book and she is the paleo Guru, and wrote the book on the Paleo diet.

Every single time I've bought the Simply Nature organic chicken breasts at Aldi, they've had a coating of slime and smelled funny.. even though the expiration date was for a week later. I won't buy my chicken from Aldi anymore. It's a shame because I love Aldi! I shop there for everything else tho!
