OMG this guy has all the same interests as me - I have been designing a space almost identical whilst saving; although 2mm is beyond me for now .... :(
You said that there was a pond on this property or a Lake. How big is that? Do you know please comment back. Thank you very much. This property is very interesting and thinking about doing a family retreat. We'll talk to family members and show them this video. But I am very interested in it
Knotty Pine mania ! Altho the woodwork in the house is top notch quality it is way too much of the same IMO. However It is a huge property & great possibilities for a business so hopefully that will be it's selling point. For that money you could get the painters in to get rid of the 1970's wood look anyway !
Business such as a Guided Hunt Enterprise plus the Crop and Pasture Production.. Milling Trim and Cabinets for Finishing Touches on the Guest Lodging, then make it a Commercial Business..... Rental Income from the Apartments ....Sugar Syrup from the Maples and Walnut Trees. Raise a few Eggs or Broilers....Freezer Pork/Beef/Lamb, too. Board some Horses. Give Tours. Everything that Urbanites Crave. Milk 10 or 15 Cows, just to have Butter or Cheese Milk. Next is a few more Pasture Clearings in the Upland , plus a 2-3 Night Airbnb Mobile Home up in the Woods.... That's a good list of things to generate revenue to offset the Damn Taxes.😂😂

There are a few small ponds. I would guess they are 1/4 -1/2 acre ponds. Feel free to email Bruno at Bruno@FarmAndForest.com to get more details!
Ps. There are many gorgeous lakes and ponds in our area with public access!
