Love the property!!! Hate the taxes!!!
Nice place. For $425k I’m sure another wealthy person from out of state will be happy with it.
Yes, I'm sure thankful that we'll have *another* home in our state only occupied for like half the year at best.
I agree although I'm just across the border in Hartford ny, I'm 15 minutes to to fairhaven Vermont, The people from city have bought everything up around us ,the price of homes trippled over here as well , it is absolutely disgusting. They are rude and obnoxious peoples as well and they always seem to look down thier nose at us people who have lived here for the past 50 years. Smh
@@arimatthews2906 yeah, it's sad that many of my fellow Vermonters (friends/family) don't stand a chance at buying a home now.
@@my6732 I'm in Granville NY I can't find anything in poultney or wells not bought for a vacation home
@@N1ghtH4wk86 I have been looking in as well. I cant find anything affordable even in the outskirts of granville, I remember about 4 or 5 years ago you could buy one of the Victorian homes in granville for 100k ,I have never in my life seen homes in granville or Hudson falls where I grew up ,reach the million dollar mark. Omgoodness , I'm waiting for this bubble to pop. It will the prices have already started to drop, just not far enough for my budget. Lol
Very nice place
Thanks for showing
You are welcome!
i loved that place is nice nnd simple house and very peaceful and quiet place
It is absolutely lovely.....I noted the 'slit' window in the basement (next to the plant room) could this be the much need 3rd bedroom? Really friendly and warm house
Yes, if that window were expanded to meet egress standards that could be the 3rd bedroom.
very nice house beautiful place
nice but definitely 3rd bedroom needed
It is actually permitted for three bedrooms and there is a room in the basement which could be a formal bedroom if a proper egress window was installed.
Beautiful Home. Do you have something like that in New Hampshire? The state of Vermont would tax my pension to be retired there.
Is that a pentacle in the sugar house?
Love it…but half the size and assessed value of my home so…would pay half the asking price for this.
This one actually sold above list price. Is your home local? It is likely it would sell well above the assessed value as well!
Why leave? Where are they moving too?
They are staying in state but moving about 45 minutes to be closer to family.
Heat pumps very expensive to use.
As I understand it they a pretty efficient on the shoulder seasons. This house also has a propane heating system as well as a wood stove so there are ample options depending on the price of fuel and the season.
I like! ;O)-
So far I've seen 5 of your featured homes in VT and all are SOLD? Wasted time thank you
Why don't they call master bedrooms, master bedroom anymore?
Great question. “Master” originates from the days of slavery so while it has been a common and customary phrase, it is now discouraged.
@@Century21FarmForest I know where it originates from. Slavery ended a hundred and fifty years ago when Lincoln and the Republicans took away the Dems slaves. But now a bunch of woke leftists are changing the meaning of things because some soy boy might get his little girl panties in a twist and low information people are being pressured into following along.
That looks like Bigfoot country.
Superbe

Nay Everyone Skips VT..except People who Drive Subarus!! Don't move to VT..Welfare State
U must be one of those rich entitled folks from somewhere besides Vermont because it is most certainly not a welfare state. That would be New York, Vermont is absolutely beautiful and peaceful.
