Covid got me back into LEGO, too. I started doing LEGO art that started to get really popular. LEGO threatened to sue me and made me stop selling my OWN artwork. It is like if Crayola threatened to sue you for drawing a sun with their yellow crayon. Screw them. I now sell the art as 'made with corporate plastic bricks' and have a legal plan if they try pulling that crap again. I'd sell my soul to have a reason to sue LEGO - the worst toy company still around today, in my opinion. Have you guys ever run into LEGO legal issues? Their legal team is NUTS! The local toy store that sells LEGO here has all kinds of rules they have to follow, and they aren't even a licensed LEGO store. Frustrating, lol.

You are right… there are indeed lots of rules when it comes to Lego (selling, marketing, etc…) it’s more intense than most other toy lines. What a bummer you ran into trouble with your art!
