I made the same mistake you did and put an led on the burned out D on the dash. Was way too bright at night 😢. Next day I just swapped it with the L because that rarely gets used and I don't want that bright green light in my eyes.
I know this is an old video, but I wanted to ask when installing the LED headlights did you have a problem putting the dust cover back on to the housing?
I've researching LEDs for several hours and this video never came up. I got some Auxito LEDs for the Gen 3 4runner and I hope they don't shine too high.
Yes, I know, it's a year old, but in your first drive, your headlights are aimed way too low. From the way it looked, you low beams should be hitting where your high beams are hitting on the road. My 97 high beams shoot very far down the road. My lows are definitely not projector bright, but for 1997 technology, they are good.

The link for headlight goes to a dead end.
I found: “ Morimoto 2Stroke 3.0 LED Bulbs” that are H4/9003.
Are they the same as shown in your video?
