Maybe it was just the camera angle, but it looked like the ground underneath the deck is sloped toward the house. If so, it’d be good to address that before putting on the decking.
Love this design; another SB Monet! What pitch(s) is/are that roof? Also. In your thumbnail profile pic - on the horse. Did that horse survive?
Nice project. Why did you Zip tape the horizontal seams of the Zip rain screen?
OOPS! You can’t have your STHD straps go through the Zip R. Has to go directly to the studs. I am guessing they made you install some HDU’s.
If one is using rockwool on the exterior of the Zip panel, do you need that rain screen component as well?
No necessarily this one. If we were using Rockwool, we would attach it with 1X3's or 1X4's with long screws and attach siding to the 1X's
