My husband used to be able to back big trucks into impossible places.. That was a his job. Never had a accident either..Always said when driving one of them you drove for about 6 people..How many you had to watch what they were doing..

It's a pretty cool set up, ideally I think I would put it about 3 feet off the ground on piers ,or rock or cinder block footing, and use the crawlspace for electrical and plumbing, then a wrap around deck with stairs and hide the crawl space with lattice work , the possibilities are pretty much endless ,great stuff😊😊😊!!!!
Yep I have a manufactured cabin home up on Mt Hood OR and that’s exactly how mine is done. I just survived my first 0degree blizzard without pipes freezing so I’m impressed👏
Up until this point, I have not been a fan of these types of buildings. This one, for me at least, is a game changer. The entire process of the delivery and set up is just so cool. I couldn't help but notice the super high quality materials used in the construction of this cabin. Very impressive. It's very obvious that Danny takes a lot of pride in his buildings, and that's really nice to see. Huge kudos for the driving ability too, mind blowing. Thanks Morgans for sharing this very fun and interesting video.

I'm mind blown by the whole operation, what a genius idea to have hinges on the roof for easy transportation and install, I don't know much about buildings but that looked like an extremely well built cabin. Not to mention how skilled the guy driving was, he made it look so easy! They seem like an incredibly skilled and professional company! Thanks for sharing this video!

Mike when you showed the video of the shed being placed on your sister's property I was really impressed with that driver and his trailer. Now after watching this company move a bigger load with bigger equipment is a sight to see. There were a few times I couldn't see any way they would get that cabin through but they sure did. Great job guys and I do believe anyone that buys and uses your service will be extremely happy with the finished work. Thanks, Mike for taking the time and effort to film and put this video out for all to see.
We watch to the end to find out about pricing, dimensions, square footage, etc., but nothing. Without some hard numbers “it’s just a lovers dream.” Thanks!
I built these years ago in northern Michigan. More the size of traditional houses, but same principal. We put them all over the north end of the state. We built them in a facility in central Michigan, then we would disassemble them and haul them as modules to the owner’s site and set them on their foundations. It was my happiest time in the building trades. Everybody on me crew loved it.

Backing up anything is a skill in it's self. And with a great 2nd set of eyes to help you is always important. Those two guys made it look easy. Slow and easy get the job done without accidents. Stay safe.
The is the best backing up I have ever seen. I lived on a farm and saw many trucking with travelers and wagon having to be back into a small place, but these two guys are outstanding. I also enjoyed seeing how the cabin was finished on the spot.
Definitely takes a skilled team to move a cabin like that, out into the woods. Very impressive. Love the design on the cabin, which made the setup go pretty quick. Would love to see one, with the interior completed.
Thanks for taking us along for the cabin setup. It was great!!! It sure looks to me like the way to go in getting a cabin quickly and more or less painless. Certainly would want your "foundation rock pad" compacted and very level before they get there with the cabin to unload. They sure have it down to a science with their abilities and their great trailer. Thanks again for taking us along! J.R.
That building is awesome! I'd love one day to have a chunk of land with one of these on it to escape to. No electricity, just a wood stove, good company, and a nice outhouse.
Mad respect to Derick. The teamwork between him and Danny is something to be desired. How about a shoutout to the trailer designers…that is one of the most versatile trailers I’ve ever seen. Everything about these guys is unbelievable even their buildings and the way they work together. I've been a construction for almost 50 years and I guarantee these guys are not no rookies. The way this guy back the trailer is unbelievable, it takes two and him and his dad work great together. The construction of the building was outstanding quality.
Yep agree with others, always impressive to see a skilled professional conduct their work in a way that is 100% successful, no matter the skill. We stopped by their shed lot at Deep Creek last year, they have some very nice options, many "cabin" models others don't have. Prices were up there but within reason given the current market. Delivery guy for our shed we bought in VA was impressive too, the guy backed it in dodging trees and on a tricky slope then set it up in no time, he too could probably do it eyes closed.
Impressive skills and coordination between the spotter? / coach? and driver…. what trust, nerves of steal and skill those two men have a gift and talent for! ❤

That driver is amazing! He backed that rig down & up that long driveway like he came out of the womb with a trailer attached to him. Kudos Mr. Wrecker driver!
I bought a 14 x 20 portable building. My driveway has a VERY tight turn off the road and then it was 300 feet uphill on my driveway. Then it was about 40 feet beyond my driveway to set it up on blocks between 3 very large cedars, one of which i wanted in front of the building. He was a real boss maneuvering the building to exactly where i wanted it. And he did it by himself with my poor guidance. I was impressed. The guy in this vidio is good but my guy was great.
Danny and Derek ARE BAD ASSES!! The skill required to back up the loaded trailer on uneven and unpredictable terrain was IMPRESSIVE to say the least!!! I was holding my breath as new obstacles had to be negotiated!! This was an extremely interesting video!! The cabin from Tri-state Gazebo is GORGEOUS! It was satisfying to watch the set up of the cabin. Beautiful and solid looking construction. TYFS Morgans!!!❤🥰🤩😍👍🏼✌🏽🙌🙌
I like the way you approach things Mr. Morgan. Very methodical and precise. Your overall attitude is impressive. Always doing your research before making decisions has obviously left you in good stead.😊 I'm learning a lot from you.
The truck driver backing that house in and landing it deserves some sort of award. Awesome job! The house design is amazing. I love that hinged roof system and the prebuilt components. Everything about this is awesome. The only thing that surprises me is how close to the ground the floor is. I'd be concerned about termites. Thank you for sharing.
I can't imagine being the owner of this. I was insanely anxious as a viewer. It makes me give pause on undertaking such an endeavor for my retirement home. Thanks for posting.
Amazing!!’ That’s sideways move!! Creeping past fence posts then that huge boulder. What skill and newer tech that allows trailers to move sideways, and phones to communicate rather than guide screaming to driver. Soooo smooth.
I just inherited 5acres in Lake City Michigan. The house sits on 2.5 acres of cleared grassy land. I’d absolutely love to get a small cabin out on the wooded back part for a man cave haha I’ll be looking into one like this soon. Thanx for sharing!
That was so cool to watch. Getting it last that big rock was amazing to watch. Those two gents were a fantastic team getting it there and backing it all the way into that picturesque setting. It was fun to watch it being put together. Great video to share. Thank you.😊😊
Wow!!! Totally impressed by the delivery team. Whew, when they squeezed by that boulder it was hard to breathe. I used to work in the mobile home business and seen a lot of places they put the home was astounding but nothing like this.
I have a friend who's family owns a shed building company, and it's pretty incredible what they can do with those trailers. They have 1 that has a hydraulically driven dolly wheel on the front and can completely disconnect from the truck to move into tight yards.
WOW!!!! That was a tremendous video Mike!!! Such an Amazing job of delivering and setting up that cabin and yes the site is absolutely beautiful!! Your WV property is so beautiful and peaceful!!! Have a day!!
Man that guy was good on the wheel. Been around the best and you have to be good to do that type of work. Very humble feeling father son. I bet they stay busy. Beautiful place you have there. I’d invest in a leaf blower looks like you will need it.
This was very interesting. Thank you for showing this video and taking the time to record it. I didn't know these cabins with the folding roof existed and I would love to put one on my property . I really like the upstairs with the dormers and windows. This is a very nice cabin. I was very impressed with the drivers skills !
Wonder if those guys need a vacay to Scottsdale, Arizona! I have property near Payson & would LOVE to buy one of these for it. Can you do it, Tri State??🌵😎
A bit of good technology coupled with incredible skill and it's amazing what can be done, Those gentlemen do what they do VERY well! Thanks for the video Mike!
Great video to watch, thanks for sharing this with us. I’m in complete awe of Danny & Derek professionalism on delivery. WOW 🤩 those guys took “ taking pride in your work “ to another level!!
I still can’t get over the beautiful forest you have on the new property. I’d be building a log cabin with logs that straight and tall, all the same size.
You could buy 2 and connect them... It would be nice to have just a small dugout basement as well if you put this up in an area that is tornado prone. But it looks great!!
I am truly amazed at the skill set of these two gentlemen. I have never seen driving that good and I have lived for 75+ years. I am truly awe struck. And Mr. Morgan I heard you say something like your property being in WV......I was born and raised in WV and will say if they can put mobile homes on the sides of mountains in WV, these two very talented men can put a cabin on your piece of land. Thanks for the video and wishing you and the builders only the best.
Those trailers are incredible. I had a 12x24 building delivered and they can work magic with those things. Definitely cool when he lifts up the whole trailer and load and shifts it over to the road. Interesting place for a fire hydrant at 9:45 if it's actually functional. Probably the only thing I don't like about the cabin is an outward opening door for an external door. Should be inward opening with hinge pins on the inside.
All I Have To Say Is WELL DONE, DANNY AND DERICK!! YOU TWO AND YOUR CREW ARE AMAZING 🤩 AND DERICK, YOU HAVE SOME INCREDIBLE DRIVING SKILLS YOUNG MAN 💯💯💯 WHEN HE WAS GETTING CLOSE TO THE TREE'S AND THAT HUGE ROCK I WAS SCREAMING OMG, WATCH THE TREE'S AND THAT ROCK!! AND DERICK HANDLED IT LIKE A BOSS!! AMAZING SKILL, DERICK!! WELL DONE ✌️✌️✌️
Neat cabin looks great, if you are looking to install it in an area where there's a lot of snow you might want to check out the Snow load capacity on these cabins, it's a big thing here in Canada. Usually every county up here has a snow load per Sqft spec that must be followed.

This is amazing and the young man that did the driving and maneuvering is a genius.
Hello Cynthia how are you doing hopefully you are doing good??
I like the way you approach things Mr. Morgan. Very methodical and precise. Your overall attitude is impressive.
Always doing your research before making decisions has obviously left you in good stead.😊
I'm learning a lot from you.
Most impressive is that trailer and his skill at using everything it does
I'm in shock & aww over how much dude looks like Bruce Willis
I was thinking the same thing!😄
Kudos to the driver. Very impressive. So beautiful where the cabin was taken to. Thanks for sharing.
Hello Lisa how are you doing hopefully you are doing good??
Spring into this idea Mike for WV...my opinion a no brainer....that new circular driveway is awaiting its arrival.🏠
Hello Shirley how are you doing hopefully you are doing good??
I have a friend who's family owns a shed building company, and it's pretty incredible what they can do with those trailers. They have 1 that has a hydraulically driven dolly wheel on the front and can completely disconnect from the truck to move into tight yards.
On the edge of my seat…The Skills! Can’t stop clapping 👏 👏 clapping 👏
Beyond excellent/ these guys that deliver are awesome!!!! i m amazed at the team work and superb driving skills!!
The cabins are definitely amazing. I'd probably buy one as a challenge to the driver. That crew knows their job.
That trailer is a genius design!
This delivery highlights there capability much better than if they had delivered it to a field free from obstacles.
WOW!!!! That was a tremendous video Mike!!! Such an Amazing job of delivering and setting up that cabin and yes the site is absolutely beautiful!! Your WV property is so beautiful and peaceful!!! Have a day!!
That's the best backing up I've ever ever seen.....I was holding my breath! Excellent, and thank you for the video!
Serenity at its best!!
These cabins or similar would be a godsend for the appalachia community right now.
Absolutely amazing driving and backing skills! Great photography!
Beautiful cabin! Would LOVE to have one like this in Georgia.😎👍
Some serious driving skills, very impressive. Gives you a lot more confidence in the company itself.
Hello Stacy how are you doing hopefully you are doing good??
Neat cabin looks great, if you are looking to install it in an area where there's a lot of snow you might want to check out the Snow load capacity on these cabins, it's a big thing here in Canada. Usually every county up here has a snow load per Sqft spec that must be followed.
Fantastic greenery landscape away from the hustle and noise of the city
Derrick is a hero driver and Danny guided him well.
