I don't doubt the validity of most of these as insane ideas that a few valve employees had at some point, but never actually implemented. Kinda like those random ideas you have about how you would murder that one person you really hate in a really specific way that accounts for every possibility, but you never actually go through with it cause you're not insane.

The Syringes from the Syringe Gun were actually planned to be filled with poison, but they didn't go through with it because it wouldn't make sense that they could still destroy buildings. They forgot to remove the "oops, that was not medicine" voice line.
