@@Qurent make it be like the gas passer? Get it back every minute or deal like 750 damage to speed it up. Not wicked spammable, but would be great with something like a grenade launcher and a shield! The grenades would make getting 750 damage pretty quick so you could get like 2 or 3 crit cabers per life. (Number pulled out of my ass)
@@jocaleb0236 This or that, it just needs to have cooldown long enough to prevent caber knights from spamming it with guaranteed crits and short enough to actually be usable. With your idea that would probably be easier to achieve, as caber knights won't be able to do that much damage, so they won't recharge it too quickly.
Hot take incoming: red tape recorder is better against sentries when an engy is actively guarding the nest. A regular sapper takes a 8.64 seconds to kill a lvl 3 sentry. Plenty of time for the engy to kill the spy and then rescue the sentry, at which point he has a fully functional lvl 3 sentry back, and a few hits with the wrench (less than a full inventory of metal) and it's back to full health. On the other hand, Red tape recorder takes 3.4 seconds to downgrade the sentry to level 2, which is not enough time to kill the spy and rescue the sentry. Now if you're the engy, you're left with a weaker sentry with less health, and it's gonna take more than a full inventory of metal to get it back to where it was 3.4 seconds ago. God forbid it takes 6.8 seconds to rescue the gun, now you've got a lvl 1 baby sentry that takes more than 2 inventories of metal to get back to full potential.
level 2 sentries do the same damage as a level 3 in 90% of the scenarios. Level 3s are only negligably better cus the rocket does splash so its harder to duck in and out of cover during a push, and has more health surviving slightly more bullshit.
@@honkhonk8009 Yeah but its still incredibly annoying to have 200 metal just completely wasted in the matter of a few seconds. The RTR is practically a grief weapon with how consistently you can get enemy engineers to switch off by just bum rushing all of their stuff and making all the time they spent gathering metal and upgrading gear completely meaningless.
It's almost like a Scout weapon in that regard, it's built to be a huge pain in the ass to an enemy more than the traditional damage approach of the sapper. Especially with how often engineer mains will hard focus you if they catch you sapping, and how many of them don't take the RTR seriously, it can be pretty easy to distract them long enough that substantially leveling down the building is easily doable. It's especially fun if you use the Cloak and Dagger like I do to spam voice lines and just generally irritate an engineer, which is a pretty fun time all around
As a Baby Face specialist, you definitely used it wrong. Fighting with the Baby Face means you need to treat your boost as disposable. You can fill it in one good meat shot and lose it in two pistol shots, so the ease of both getting and losing it means you have to play on the assumption that both will be constantly happening. This means you need to be aggressive, constantly blasting the enemy and recovering your boost meter. This also has the added benefit of making you much more difficult to hit, to the point where I once killed a fully headed Eyelander demo with the fish because the boost made trying to time hits on me too finicky to pull off consistently. This play style is both much more fun and much more consistently effective than trying to play ultra conservatively and fruitlessly attempting to hold on to your boost
@Pyroprince You're very much right about that. Of course it can mess your aim up too if you aren't used to it, but that's just part of the weapon's learning curve
honestly, i find scouts default speed to be a weird middle ground that fucks up my aim more than it helps me dodge. with baby faces lower default speed, and higher max speed i find being able to do both easier. and i rarely double-jump in fights anyway.
The Red Tape recorder actually won me a specific case scenario game, where the defenders were abusing engie nests, (like upwards of 4 engies) and my team wasn't really that well coordinated. I just had to communicate with the medic/heavy duo and quite literally hopped on a kamikaze mission to sap as many sentries as I could before dying. This meant that even if the engies killed me and removed the RTR, the downgrading of the sentries meant that the heavy managed to survive and keep destroying them after the uber ran out. I felt like a mastermind that day for sure
yup, takes all metal given to an engineer building being upgraded instantly, cuts the health down when downgraded, and works great for slowing down enemy team by downgrading the teleporters as they are usually the last thing an engineer will save. the engineer will focus on the sentry dispencer and then go for the teleporter. if it's a good engineer he will save the dispencer first as a level 3 dispencer gives the 60 metal.
I think it's stock that's worse. The -10 health doesnt put you below any significant threshold. It still takes 2 rockets or 2 pipes or 2 meat shots to kill you. And its upside is a real upside. Take teh following example, you, as a medic are stranded after a sniper took out the only guy close enough to protect you, you run away from an aproaching enemy while at around 40% or 30% uuber. Yet you run into another enemy, it can be a soldier, demo, even a scout if he's overhealed, the result is basically the same. You take out your melee to try and survive, you get one swing off, two swings, aaand you died. WIth any other melee all you did was damage the enemy, but with the vita saw you saved 30% of your uuber were the stock did... Nothing. In fact in this specific scenario it acts as a better alternative to the uuber saw sense if you die after getting 2 swings with the uubersaw you just die with 80-90% uuber, in fact you might even have time to get off a 3rd swing compared to the uubersaw due to the slower swing speed.
@@freziaplanet4198 stock is at least decent all around choice because it's stock. The vita saw is just a downgraded ubersaw with barely any upsides but I love the design of it
Razorback is more to scare a spy away than actually protect you from him, since u know, revolver exists. But most spy players often forget about it so it works.
@@VGamingJunkieVT I thought the max damage you could do with the revolver was 60 at max ramp-up, meaning you'd need 3 shots? Unless we're talking about the Enforcer, Diamondback or Ambassador.
@@g2ltt733Yup. Which is why I find it funny when sniper mains are like “duh idiot spy mains revolvers exist XDXD”. Yeah try shooting a sniper three times when there’s a sentry next to him with the whole team being his guard looking for spies. Oh yeah and not to mention the pro snipers I faced headshot me before I can even get the third shot in. Such a life for a spy main.
Once you get used to sticking with 1 disguise, the YER is a very good weapon. For me, it's not the fact you can quickly disguise or cloak that makes the spy effective, but rather its the ability to stay silent. While true that if an enemy stares at you for a few seconds they can determine your a spy, a few seconds is all you need to chain kill an entire team. The YER is silent, so you can get a whole chainkill of 4-5 players before dying, and even then that hurts the enemy team alot more than it hurts you.
Splendid screen is definitely not the worst shield. Shield bash damage scales with the heads you have if you’re using the eyelander, so a good charge can 1-shot light classes, and hitting a shield bash + getting the crit can 1-shot a heavy (just make sure the heavy isn’t looking at you since he does a lot of damage)
I'd argue is the best shield lol, Tide Turner's for people who suck at demoknight or just want to surf and that's fine, and the Chargin' Targe is more matchup specific
@meilyn5571 honestly the turner is more for hybrid, still good to have melee combat and mobility alongside pipes Also the splendid screens increase charge time has saved my ass so many times so I think its better than the targe
I think carter drifted from his "no bad synergy, just bad individual items" rule pretty hard here. Ultimate Demoman has no bad secondaries, so it's kind of a toss-up; I guess between the reliable defense of the Targe and the super mobility of the Turner, the Screen is just mediocre inbetween without a proper Knight loadout.
Fun fact: eternal reward is actually one of the better knives for mvm, as a redisguise with a stab from it won't turn the bots on you, even if they see you.
Actually they added a delay to disguising from the YER after getting a kill because I guess they thought that would be too strong? But then the gas passer exists, explosive headshot, demo as a class and they thought spy, indisputably the worst class for mvm, needed a nerf. Idk man
@@dangernoodle3343 yes, there is, and during that delay they do notice you, but after said delay they'll just turn away as if they didnt see you. unless there was a more recent change.
Honestly I find it to be the best watch in many ways, just because it’s such an effective getaway tool. You don’t need invis to get behind the enemy on good maps, but the extra survivability the DR gives you is not something you can get from any other unlockable in Spy’s arsenal
@@bruhbruh-us6gl I thought like you but after switching back to the default I just can't go to the dead ringer anymore, the cloak on command is just way too useful and more fun imo. The liberty launcher should be reverted back to its original stats. It did the same damage and splash as stock, flew the same speed it does now, but only has 3 rockets. It was a good side grade for players that didnt like the slow stock rocket speed, but couldnt hit anything with the direct hit
@@alexszulczynski5546 not really. The rockets were pretty fast and that's the appeal of the weapon. It would be a hell of a lot better than it is now. There is a reason you never see anybody using it
he never called it bad he just sed it was not as good as the others. if you want faster charge time use then use tide turner with its 75% on kill, and if you want more resistances use the charge and targe, and if you want both use the persian persuader, the only thing that it has going for it is the extra charge damage, but the eyelander increases charge damage on all shields so there's no point in using it over the tide turner. its not a bad weapon it just doesn't have a very good reason to use it over the others.
@@Daxlen. personally i think there are multiple reasons to use the splendid screen over the tide turner. The shield bash at 5 heads along with a crit melee allows you to one shot heavies, and it recharges way faster, so if you miss your charge and end up in a bad situation it will be less punishing
My soul stopped soul-ling at the 'splendid screen is demo's worst secondary.' I'm sorry, but I'm giving it to the Chargin' Targe. While it has great resistances, the slow recharge rate isn't worth it. And also? The targe and screen both synergize well with the caber so honestly if synergy was taken into account it's be BASE, tide, caber for demo's worst loadout. Also, the faster recharge rate on the screen is extremely valuable.

The Natascha is such a weird weapon to me. It’s slow is constantly touted as being bugged and very easy to get around making the gun ass, yet it’s banned on the 6’s global whitelist for the slow being TOO strong. Same thing with medic’s quickfix. I hear so often it’s probably the weakest medigun pound for pound, but it’s also banned in 6’s competitive for being too strong. Just really interesting the two opinions are such polar opposites and there’s not really anyone in between.
It’s banned in sixes because the Uber is faster letting you Uber before the other team and take out their med. in casual this doesn’t matter and the shitty Uber makes pub pushes harder and is just frustrating to use.
Tbh it's just the passive of constantly slowing the enemy. Restricting them, the weapon in some situations is surprisingly decent. As for the quick fix I'm pretty sure that's ban for the free escape since. Ooh no the medic got flanked and could die. Just kidding he can hook up to his pocket and fly away
The natascha isn't banned for being too good, it's banned for being too annoying. The quickfix's extra mobility is good when paired with the most mobile classes in the game and it's uber is pretty good in an environment with so few damage sources.
The Quik-Fix is far more than just "fine". The uber sucks, sure; but that's a pretty good drawback when the upside it provides is _the fastest healing in the entire game._
The uber can allow you to pub stomp as medic with the blutsauger and ubersaw Blutsauger is the best offensive primary for medic Quik-fix's uber allows you to survive anything that doesn't OHOK's you And the Ubersaw allows for infinite uber

Your eternal reward is very underrated... The silent killing effect allow easy chain stabbing. And the insta disguise on backstab makes soy disguises very believable since you are exactly where this class should be. Apart from the enforcer and the tape recorder, spy doesn't have any bad weapons... All of them are good depending on the situation. Stock are the best weapons for all situations since they're the most consistent.
Enforcer's just a downgrade from Stock, it only helps out when the enemy pulls out a Bullet Vaccinator and even then the damage dealt is negligible (although it can help you kill low hp foes under the Bullet Vacc Uber but...Stock already does that lmao) oh and Fists of Steel Heavies which is already a target with a reticle on the back also does it ignore Pain Train's or Candy Cane's vulnerabilities?
Phlog isn't bad its just situational, it can absolutely destroy an enemy team at a choke hold around a corner. Air blast just makes every other primary better for every other situation
I thought this was weak reasoning too - then again, Pyro has no bad Primaries. The Degreaser would probably actually do worse with the Gas Passer and Hot Hand, since it lacks effective synergy which the Degreaser needs to operate.
@@lpsp442Thanks to the global switch speed buff the classes got, the Degreaser might be the worst Pyro primary since you can combo pretty fine with stock flamethrower now.
I think the dragon's fury and phlog's downsides should be switched so the dragon's fury is now a completely different weapon to the flamethrowers and the phlog can have the slightest bit if utility so it us just a slightly more offensive flamethrower Because the phlog in this state us a straight downgrade unless you somehow survive long enough to get crits for 8 seconds and have a medic pocket you
sandman usually does 15 damage (when not using the crit exploit) and takes away your already low hp pool. the slow isnt even noticable, when it isn't negated by strafing. it's a horrible weapon. one of the worst in the entire game, probably. not as bad as the pomson, probably, because scout is naturally good with his speed and gun.
Baby face is better than the back scatter if you have any damaging secondary and the mid range damage melee. Plus the accuracy decrease on the back scatter makes it painful.
17:10 I personally use red tape all the time and it’s purpose is that if the engineer punches your sapper he can just repair the building and he’s back to business but with red tape if he knocks it off the building will be lower level and he will not only have to upgrade the building again but at the time where his building is low level it makes it more easy for your teammates or you to take the building down
natasha is in its best element on pass time for obvious reasons. along with the dalokohs bar and gru you have the best possible choice for quickly running to the front lines, recovering your health quickly and dominating scouts.
yeah the backscatter is so annoying to use. even when you get behind your enemy and do what the weapon wants, you still have to deal with the bullet spread. in my opinion that downside should be removed entirely, 4 shots is a good enough hinderance
Nothing compares to having your backscatter hit like 3 bullets on the enemy's back, instantly alerting them to your location as you use the one primary that takes away your ability to fight at mid-range
@@CrazyLegs-22it is a balanced weapon, insant switch to for two less bullets and a gimmick of getting rid of trolldiers, but it is a sidegrade that gives faster kill for less sustain (also I am addicted to the sound)
Red tape is underrated. Not saying that it is better than stock because, it's not. But it can be useful in some scenarios. Mainly, if there are too many engies to sap and kill them all (3 is usually too many). In these scenarios normal sapper won't do much because the moment you die the engies will insta heal everything you sapped making your death meaningless (Yes you can coordinate with your team but tell me you have gone to a casual match and successfully coordinated anything consistently)/ However if you use the red tape, even if you die their buildings will likely be brought down by 1 or 2 levels which can help your team a lot (Sentries lose splash when they don't have bullets, lower level dispenser is much less effective, low level Teli isn't going to help them very much). So, in this scenario it is better than stock.
"When was the last time you saw a heavy using the dalokahs bar" I hope you slip on a banana, regain your balance before you fall, but end up stepping in dog poo instead.
The fact that The Scottish Resistance wasn't the demo secondary makes no sense to me, it's just a stickybomb launcher that limits you to only trapping, aka. the least fun way to play and it's also very easy to counter once people realize you have it, not being able to use stickies at medium range is so much worse than the insane mobility that all the shields give.
The Scottish resistance is a secondary weapon, it's supposed to be used in conjunction with the primary to make the primary more effective, this is why I hate the stock sticky launcher, it's a primary weapon that confuses new players into thinking that the grenade launcher is useless
The Natacha is probably heavy's BEST minigun. Normally the easiest way to deal with heavy is to kill his medic and burst him down from mid to long range from around a corner. If you're csught out by heavy all you have to do is get behind cover. However, the Natacha has a negligable damage penalty in exchange for outright nullifying almost any escape possibility. Airspeed is also reduced by it, so trimpers with any shield, rocker jumpers and retty much anyone except for sticky jumpers will not be go anywhere other than six feet under
I think the tide turner would work worse with demo because of caber knight. The other two shields will let you actually do a lot of damage and one shot but with the tide turner, you don’t get mini crits lowering your damage a lot
Only just learned that caber doesn't get mini-crits from charging due to a bug. That definitely cripples it a lot more. I was going to say that it could still be used for picks as the mini-crit could one-shot certain targets but with no damage boost at all from charging, unless you're fighting a noob that lets you shield bash them and land the melee hit as well, really does make this awful.
actually bashing with the tide turner and then hitting with caber will kill light classes, where as splended screen will launch them away + you get less turn control. Yes, i am a big caber enthusiast.
The Reserve shooter isnt that Bad, not eaven on pyro you ceep the mid range damage of stock plus some swich speed of the Panic attack its the perfect mittleground

I don't know which youtubers talk about the red tape but they're right. What kind of battle engi places a mini and defends it? They're meant to be disposable. You place it and leave. If it gets sapped it'll die fast who cares place another. But since the red tape stuns a sentry for 10 seconds the engi has a choice to make; leave whatever he's doing to fix it or wait 10 seconds without any support. Deleveling a bunch of buildings is also pretty good for your team. An engi nest is a lot easier to take down when everything is level 1-2.
While it’s not as satisfying as popping fat crits, I’d say the quick fix’s powerful sustained healing makes it better than the kritzkrieg. You can run from krits or easily enough kill the medic cause his Uber gives him no durability like the other mediguns, but a quick fix Uber can only be stopped by a huge burst of damage, knock back means nothing to it.
I think saying "just kill the medic" is a bit redundant, especially for the kritzkrieg. Same goes for any other medigun (except stock when ubered) Kritz and quickfix both have the same main weaknesses, and are both far more dependent on the person you are ubering than the vacc or stock.
Don't forget that the Kritzkreig is the only medigun that can't deal with sentry nests (no damage resistance, no bonus healing, no knockback resistance, crits don't affect sentries)
I'm a big fan of the Natasha it helps with tracking and it stops enemies from easily running away your losing damage but gain a pretty good utility in return
the baby face's blaster makes me so sad, its current form is nerfed so hard from what it used to be. it was one of, if not my most favorite weapon to use in days long gone

If there are 8 runners in a single heat for an 100m sprint and all their times are better than the average for the entire competition, there's still gonna be a worst runner out of that heat even if their time is better than average. @@menacing_name yeah, I can agree the degreaser is my least used/preferred especially following the weapon switch speed changes and what I'd rate as worst. @@sinewaveyCrits don't matter if you can't do your job as an arsonist, defending your team, the phlog takes away your supportive and defensive tools for a boost in offense sometimes as opposed to the dragon's fury that reduces the same things and gives a huge boost in offensive capabilities, though I wouldn't say the dragon's fury is a flamethrower, it's more of a compressed combustion blaster, but the point still stands
i would go far enough to say that the yer is possibly spy's best knife. you can do some filthy chainstabs with this thing quite consistently, the stabs are near silent which stops people from turning around mid stab. have you noticed that pub stomping spies in casual who use the kunai always end up abandoning some servers after a couple fail chainstabs? its because in those servers the enemies have ears and after the first stab they turn around, the yer makes a sound but it is significantly harder to hear, the disguise also helps. a good spy with the yer can wipe whole pushes with significantly better consistency than a good spy with the kunai or big-earner.
For medic, I'd actually argue that the blutsauger is the worst syringe gun. Stock doesnt really have any real upsides or downsides, but the blutsauger cuts your normal hp regen in half and only has the *potential* to increase survivability if you play offensively, which you shouldn't be doing as medic.
Half of 3 is 1 so there isn't much a difference, but the blutsauger is the best syringe gun for riskier medics that want to push into the enemy and keep themselves standing when their patient kicks the bucket
I think the sandman is way way worse than the stock bat as its just a worse one considering the non existant slow effect and the horrible damage the ball does.
personally i would put the chargin targe behind the splendid screen because of the recharge rate. splendid screen is amazing not for the damage but because you can get those critical melee kills way more often or be able to charge out of combat in a critical situation.
Dunno why you'd put the short circuit on the list of bad weapons. I use it all the time, mostly for 1:1 against soldiers or demos which usually lets me approach for shotguns. Not as effective against getting spammed on your sentry though.
It's not bad, it's just the worst in a slot that only has 3 weapons. The wrangler's 67% damage reduction applied to your sentry on top of increasing its fire rate and range and giving it the ability to shoot disguise/invis spies while only sacrificing its ability to auto aim (which is heavily compensated by some insane built-in aimbot) is quite frankly disgustingly busted, and while you could make a decent argument for the pistol being worse, it has the best self defence capabilities in its slot, which is more often better utility than the ability to remove some projectiles at the cost of a third of your ammo pool
The problem with the equaliser is that it’s slightly better than stock at low health but then slightly worse at low health. Not only is stock not that good on soldier but if you’re probably gonna die anyway, a rocket will usually do more damage.
The gas passer allows you to ignite players that are immune to after bur- oh wait. Sniper with the DDS is STILL immune even to the Gas Passer afterburn! Guess it's just an MVM weapon at 3 am when you're alone with a F2P spy who is trying to use his Christmas tour of duty ticket.
when playing spy and coming across a razorback sniper is an invitation for a backstab to minorly inconvenience the sniper and possibly stab again if the sniper is oblivious to spies.
Just my opinion, but the dead ringer is spies best in slot. It's his way of getting over spy syndrome, (dying instantly after getting a single pick.) I would say the cloak and dagger is his worst watch because it forces you to hide nearby with invisibility instead of escape and reposition. However the loadout used is the worst when it comes to synergies.
I would say that the Backburner is actually Pyro's worst primary, as the back hitboxes are jank, and without something like the thruster or detonator, you won't even get the chance to flank.
I feel almost offended when he said that razorback is the worst sniper secondary when the cleaners carbine and danger shield exist. the point of the razorback is not to have it stabbed it's to deter spy's from stabbing so u get a chance to fight them
Soldier I’d say stock shovel is the worst contender. Having no benefits or direct uses as your rockets are a better weapon when trying to close the gap and when close your bison will probably have a better chance. Equalizer does less than the shovel at its safest moment to use it and above average damage for close. Not good but not entirely out shadowed by every other melee unlike the shovel
Paintrain? I think the capture rate buff doesn’t mean much in the 2 and a half game modes it works on. And the 20% extra bullet damage actively hinders you.

demoman should be the same but with tide turner. the minimal turning is still very usable to most demoknight, especially if they have q/e + left/right binds, and the only benefit that makes the caber usable on demoknight is that the decently hefty explosion is effected by crits (allowing it to annihilate teams). honestly the only real downside to the loadout besides having to go back to spawn is the base jumper, which is just incredibly situational. I think to fix demoman just do tide turner and caber. tide turner is already dependent on longer weapons or random crit weapons due to the crippling charge damage negative, and having a minicrit caber really does nothing, let alone if you can get to the enemy.
I used to play minicrit caberknight and its actually pretty good because tide turner allows eaasy access to sniper spots and then you can oneshot the snipers and sometimes scouts.
Well, the equalizer still is one of my absolute favourites on soldier to be honest. Yea you want to run away at low health but sometimes combat is the only choice. What if the enemy is too close for a splash rocket? You got a banner instead of a shotgun? Grab that pickaxe.

Now if you're the engy, you're left with a weaker sentry with less health, and it's gonna take more than a full inventory of metal to get it back to where it was 3.4 seconds ago. level 2 sentries do the same damage as a level 3 in 90% of the scenarios.
Level 3s are only negligably better cus the rocket does splash so its harder to duck in and out of cover during a push, and has more health surviving slightly more bullshit.

This play style is both much more fun and much more consistently effective than trying to play ultra conservatively and fruitlessly attempting to hold on to your boost
honestly, i think requiring 50 damage full boost drain would be decent.
I feel like the random boost and drops of speed while in a fight can mess up enemies aim too.
If someone sneezes in my general direction my legs are broken

The Vita saw is the worst medic melee imo. - 10 health for no real upside. Also I would probably have just played gun spy with that load out.

Splendid Screen goes hard on Caberknight, bash + explosion (without critting if you whiff) does a lot of damage
I feel like it has a slight anti synergy with most swords though because you want to get the kill with the sword instead of the shield
I'd argue is the best shield lol, Tide Turner's for people who suck at demoknight or just want to surf and that's fine, and the Chargin' Targe is more matchup specific
@meilyn5571 honestly the turner is more for hybrid, still good to have melee combat and mobility alongside pipes
Also the splendid screens increase charge time has saved my ass so many times so I think its better than the targe
Fun fact: eternal reward is actually one of the better knives for mvm, as a redisguise with a stab from it won't turn the bots on you, even if they see you.

he never called it bad he just sed it was not as good as the others. if you want faster charge time use then use tide turner with its 75% on kill, and if you want more resistances use the charge and targe, and if you want both use the persian persuader, the only thing that it has going for it is the extra charge damage, but the eyelander increases charge damage on all shields so there's no point in using it over the tide turner. its not a bad weapon it just doesn't have a very good reason to use it over the others.
@@Daxlen. i never said he called the splendid screen was bad, i said that he thought it was the worst shield.

The Natascha is such a weird weapon to me.

The Scottish resistance is a secondary weapon, it's supposed to be used in conjunction with the primary to make the primary more effective, this is why I hate the stock sticky launcher, it's a primary weapon that confuses new players into thinking that the grenade launcher is useless
the left minigun is the natascha, due to the lighter grey coloring, stock is closer to a solid black.
You’re actually wrong about the screen. Its main upside is the 50% faster recharge rate, which allows you to play MUCH more aggressively.
Airspeed is also reduced by it, so trimpers with any shield, rocker jumpers and retty much anyone except for sticky jumpers will not be go anywhere other than six feet under
You called dead ringer bad? Now get ready to be bullied by spy mains

Same goes for any other medigun (except stock when ubered)
Kritz and quickfix both have the same main weaknesses, and are both far more dependent on the person you are ubering than the vacc or stock.
Don't forget that the Kritzkreig is the only medigun that can't deal with sentry nests (no damage resistance, no bonus healing, no knockback resistance, crits don't affect sentries)

i would go far enough to say that the yer is possibly spy's best knife. you can do some filthy chainstabs with this thing quite consistently, the stabs are near silent which stops people from turning around mid stab. have you noticed that pub stomping spies in casual who use the kunai always end up abandoning some servers after a couple fail chainstabs? its because in those servers the enemies have ears and after the first stab they turn around, the yer makes a sound but it is significantly harder to hear, the disguise also helps. a good spy with the yer can wipe whole pushes with significantly better consistency than a good spy with the kunai or big-earner.

(this is a reference to the sonic fandubs, just putting this here so people don't think I'm stupid)
Why does he sound like the nerd emoji?
omg your so right..
or kermit the frog trying to pass as a human
Wild 😭🙏
It's because he is the nerd emoji
I barely started the video and you already ruin it for me 😭😭😭
The problem with the equaliser is that it’s slightly better than stock at low health but then slightly worse at low health.
It's his way of getting over spy syndrome, (dying instantly after getting a single pick.)
I would say the cloak and dagger is his worst watch because it forces you to hide nearby with invisibility instead of escape and reposition.
However the loadout used is the worst when it comes to synergies.
or you could, get better at spy and not rely on a crutch?
@@Bonikial Who said I was relying on a crutch? I said the watch is the best in slot, and said why. This has nothing to do with how I play the game.
"pyro is a much more common class than spy" Tell that to the 5 spies on my valve server please.
0:58 the moment i realisd what editing software he was using
Resolve
@@Jrsystem ?
I would say that the Backburner is actually Pyro's worst primary, as the back hitboxes are jank, and without something like the thruster or detonator, you won't even get the chance to flank.
I feel almost offended when he said that razorback is the worst sniper secondary when the cleaners carbine and danger shield exist. the point of the razorback is not to have it stabbed it's to deter spy's from stabbing so u get a chance to fight them
Oh yeah the danger shield is so bad dude like i really want to die to pyros and this prevents it!1!!11
10:00 what about the brass beast
Hey, what Hud do you use? It’s beautiful, great video btw.
0:40 i like how all the classes are holding one of the weapons he ends up selecting for the worst
And the 20% extra bullet damage actively hinders you.
i forgot paintrain exists its so useless. on top teh capping speed cannot exceed 3x capping speed so having a bunch of pain trains is kinda redundant. so yeah i'll say pain train is the worst@@spudthespudgungamer7112
@@spudthespudgungamer711220% isn't enough to make a real difference, if it were explosive vulnerability I would understand, but the pain train is a boring sidegrade that is completely balanced, and so it is bad because every class's melee unlocks are upgades
Red Tape Recorder eats up all of engineer's metal and makes him angry
Actually, for the baby face blaster it combo's really well with the cleaver and wrap assassin since bleeds stack and it recovers your boost quicker
>gets hit once
"Welp, guess that wrap cleaver hit doesn't matter anymore."
@@crispychips7161by the time you get hit you should have more projectiles though, and if you don't then you're probably not playing that great
9:25 I intensely approve of the Soda Popinski theme being used here
demoman should be the same but with tide turner. the minimal turning is still very usable to most demoknight, especially if they have q/e + left/right binds, and the only benefit that makes the caber usable on demoknight is that the decently hefty explosion is effected by crits (allowing it to annihilate teams). honestly the only real downside to the loadout besides having to go back to spawn is the base jumper, which is just incredibly situational.
9:35 soda popinski wtf leave me alone
Well, the equalizer still is one of my absolute favourites on soldier to be honest. Yea you want to run away at low health but sometimes combat is the only choice. What if the enemy is too close for a splash rocket? You got a banner instead of a shotgun? Grab that pickaxe.
THERE'S GOLD IN THEM BODIES!
If the enemy health is so low he can't use explosives, then stock would have killed him just as well.
@@tezz2698 I meant your health being too low and the enemy maybe still having too much health
@@Pocket_Shield well why couldn't that enemy just use rockets or pipes then?
@@tezz2698 its about you trying to hit the enemy in a last stand moment before they can hit you
Pholg the worst you've got to be kidding me
