This class is made to be an easy, all levels daily splits training and splits stretch class! Come back to this yoga splits tutorial as often as you can to deepen your splits.
This yoga for splits class is great for beginner splits stretches. This yoga for splits class will guide you through how to safely get your splits - no matter where you're at on your splits journey.
Whether you're flexible or inflexible, these deep hip front splits stretches will open both your front chain and back chain to allow you to deepen your splits.
Consistency is key in all flexibility journeys, but especially with daily splits training. So come back to this stretches for splits class often to get your splits and oversplits. Again, practicing daily splits to open your hips, hamstrings, and flexors will help greatly.

So many deep stretches that got into all angles of the hips, enjoyed the class greatly, especially the extended holds in the splits. Loved the stretching of the psoas especially, always feels so good.
Love your classes and your intro is freaking cool. I just wish it was shorter. Now that I do your classes everyday that little intro is a lot to skip through and every minute counts with the kids hahaha
I can't heart this enough bc we just got rid of that intro and on all the newer classes it's a really simple 5 second intro and that is here to STAY! I totally feel you ⚡️

This class is amazing for splits ! I really love it and will sure come back here very often ! I do have my split on one side but I am struggling on the other side. I will keep working with both my body and my mind, thanks to your videos, to achieve this goal of mine !

I'm so glad you liked it! You'll like Saturday's class - it's splits drills. I used to not have splits on my right side but now I do (you can def tell from this class vs. the new class on Saturday). Just takes practice - as you know :)
I just did this and wow the time went fast. Can't wait to do it daily. I couldn't do the second to last one with arms at front and pulsing up. Any advice on that? Maybe it will just come with time.

such a lovely class - I do think that at times I felt like you were over-explaining during poses that I personally would’ve loved to have been in silence for especially since this is a slower class so one might want to just get into their head at times 🤍🤍

Are testicles an issue when trying to do splits?
There are many men who do splits. If it's feeling like Big stretch then just go slower and not as deep into your splits.👍
