GOOD SEED IS MY FAVORITE!!! The real issue here is the Ezeklial wheat in this bread. Wheat is gluten and gluten is unhealthy for most of us. Most of us have given up bread all together....Look for gluten free, GMO free in the foods you buy and eat. YOU ARE OBVIOUSLY WORKING OFF OF THE FOOD PYRAMID and that is not healty or safe. No one needs 4 pieces of bread per day.
My husband says Ezekiel bread tastes like cardboard. I guess I enjoy eating cardboard, because I love Ezekiel bread, especially because it’s healthy, and I understand the ingredients’ list.
Ezekiel should remain frozen in the store and in your home until you are ready to use it. It has no preservatives. It makes excellent toast and grilled cheese.
I wanted to give your comment 2 thumbs up and a high five, ...I make my dough roughly every 3 days. it takes less than 20 minutes, The dough is fresh and ready any time of day... I can make flat bread, Naan stovetop no oil fried, or rolls or loaves in the oven. No chemicals, no preservatives just like the other foods I'm eating. ashame that so many ppl purchase and consume the quickest ways to eat. It's not as difficult, as people were led to believe to prepare healthy once or twice a week, but serving Your Body better nutrition than what is "instant-eats". 2 THUMBS UP, and a high5 to you!

In my opinion, Dave's is trash compared to Ezekiel. It's decent when compared to some crap like iron kids, bread or something, but is ego is way better than days. I honestly feel like crap if I eat a few pieces of days and I do not feel that way if I eat Ezekiel Ezekiel is king of the healthy breads!
Any bread that doesn't go bad in less than a week is chemically processed. You only need 3 ingredients to make bread. Flour, salt and water.

Just do Ezekiel. Toast it, put some butter on it and you're good. Hold up well for sturdier sandwiches as well.

I learned this lesson the hard way. Trader Joe's doesn't store it correctly and I bought moldy bread.
