LOVE this ENERGY!!! Drums are powerful, they rouse the troops and inspire victory! The adrenaline rush from drums is REAL! The ancients had drummers in military for a reason, sounding battle attacks and more. No one better understands this than a battle-hardened self-made warrior! Those young drummers are inspired and fierce!!! THIS is how a team wins!!! Bravo! BRAVOOOO!!!!
Damn, y'all are savage. I didn't think he did amazingly, but it was probably an unusual playing situation for him. Plus I never thought of him as some drumming legend. Just a guy in a legendary band.
Anyone posting negativity about Chad, this performance, or evaluating the "music": You don't get field marching band philosophy, at all. It's about much more than notes and technique.
Awful... I'm a drummer. I love when a drummer gets an opportunity. A spotlight. When does a drummer get an opportunity like this? And he's a great drummer. But, that was awful. Blame the monitor guy I guess...
I'd put Chad at the level of, I learned to play drums listening to records with a pair of headphones. He's not worthy of a hall of fame title although the rhcp' music is iconic I don't consider Chad anything other than run of the mill. Not a huge talent.
@robbyditzler6017, I was thinking the exact same thing. This train wreck of a performance makes one really appreciate just how rare the Professor's talent was, both musically and lyrically. R.I.P. Professor.

And that is how you drop the mic! Or drum stick in this case!!
Is that Will Ferrell?!

He's a little distracted by the cheerleaders lol🤷🏽♂️
I thought that was Will Farrell up there...
Let's see you guys do better in that situation. Oh, what's that? You can't? Okay.
He’s okay…. Not great that’s for sure…5/10
I’d be embarrassed if I were him
And you guys can do better. The guy is an excellent drummer

I agree. TYPICAL heavy metal thumper. Stick action gorilla style. I appreciate someone who ACTUALLY sees the truth in what they see and hear. Kudos!
@@johnfarrell2370 el estepario is a computer program on the other hand lol
I concur
💯
Laugh AFTER you view video Yanni live at the Acropolis Marching Season. That's a drum solo.
No rhythm at all, wish peart would have not died.

Legend has it that before his shows he would spend a minimum of an hour every time. Just playing, experimenting, hammering away..... A master
Bunch of haters. Get a life!
