King and Queen welcome Emperor and Empress of Japan in state visit

- The King and Queen welcomed the Emperor and Empress of Japan as part of a state visit, which was previously postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
A Japanese foreign ministry official said the couple's visit would not be a political one and was hoped would forge "friendly relations across generations" between Japan's imperial family and the British royal family.

Always liked that Prince William like his father refused to pursue hair restoration despite being young and could afford such things, it seems to say something about his character. Its said he just decided to accept himself as-is. I think it really is an inspiration to people.

What type of comment is this? The Royals of other countries are undoubtedly fluent in English and likely speak other languages as well. Just because many British people may not prioritize learning other languages doesn't mean the rest of the world doesn't value learning English. This comment comes across as patronizing.
