Should You Buy Harmonies? How-to-Play and Review! 🦁

- I was lucky enough to find a copy of Harmonies at my FLGS and without knowing too much about the game besides what I had seen on social media and the back of the box, I brought the game home and we played it three times the very next day! (Including an ill-fated attempt at playing outside on what was in hindsight a much too windy afternoon!) Thankfully none of the cards blew away so we've been able to play this game much more in the following weeks! It's a game that has been so much fun to play and teach and there's something really rewarding about getting a game on a whim and it turning out to be a great game! ☺️ Have you had a chance to play Harmonies yet? I love this game! It’s so beautiful and has just enough crunchiness to make it a good time. I’ve only played solo and at 2, so I felt the playtime was perfect.

Wonderful review! I love how you remain positive even when describing some potentially negative aspects of the game. I don't think I ever noticed your 8 point system before but I'll have to start incorporating a version of that for myself since it does seem to capture everything

I hope it won’t take too long for the game to be back in stock! 😰 From what I’ve heard they’re currently working on a second printing of the game-I wonder if the game ended up being much more popular than they expected! (And Miniature Market is a great idea; I’ve always had a good experience with them!)

It's got such great art, Mike... and a really good solo mode! I think I'll definitely shortlist this one for a Solo Play Sunday in the future! ☺️ And yes, Hannah outdid herself with the studio! She did that as a surprise for me while I was away at Level Up Retreat! Painted and decorated and everything! 🥰
