Excellent tutorial ! A friend is coming along tonight with this game. We checked your vid, and no further explanations are needed, all was explained very well. Thank you very much !
Hi thanks for the great teach! One little question on setup, shouldn’t there be one more pile of Cup tokens on Yellow province as well? Total of 5 province? Or is it just on 4 province?
@@nithrania-gameinanutshell That is not correct. The cup tiles should also be in the yellow region, where players start. They are clearly visible there on page 2 of the rules book and on page 3 in the game setup section it states it is a space for cup tiles. It even makes sense - otherwise you could never use your secondary action (cup production) before you build a tea garden in any other region then yellow.
True, I stand corrected. I am just creating a new tutorial for the Czech version of this game, and I can say the setup picture looks different, and it is clearly shown that the cups are supposed to be placed in the yellow province, too. It's not so clear from my printed rules in the original preproduction copy.
Are brown leafes more valuable ? Example , i need to pay with green leaves that are at least at 3rd basket, can I pay with leaves that are fermented but lower quality ?
They are more valuable, but you can't pay with a lower quality leaf. If the price is in green, you can always pay with a brown fermented leaf, but you must pay the same amount and with the same quality (or higher) as the green request. The only exception is when you buy a teapot you either pay 3 green leaves or 2 fermented.
Great job as always. Playing this afternoon!

Great HtP. As always.

Hello, there are only 4 piles, there's no pile in the yellow province!

Hello, can you tell what game(s) is this one similar to, please? Regards from Poland 😉👍
I’d say it has similarities to Viticulture, about winemaking where you grow, harvest, age, bottle grapes, and sell wine.
@@jstheoriginal thank you
Well, Viticulture is more complex, Tea Garden is very light weight game. :)
