      We definitely will! We are a woman-owned company with almost entirely women master instructors doing the teaching. So we're all about creating a safe space for our sisters!

    Hi Cassi! When you posted this video, you opened my mind to the numerous variables of cross training using C2. Nowadays I train with body weight, air bike, dumbbell, rubber bands, etc... and the best thing is, from inside my garage and having fun. Thanks.

      That's so amazing!! We're all about getting people to mix it up on the machine, and to mix it with OTHER moves and equipment. The SkiErg too, for that matter!

    How many rounds is good for this?

      As many as you can do in 20 minutes is how it's written, but you could also choose any number from 3-5 (or more) and see what feels good and appropriately challenging to you!
