- Last time I tried this, it flew off at 130mph never to be seen or heard from again. I'm still recovering from the grief so I thought I'd double down and try it again only this time I put about 18 zip ties and some locktite. Will she hold?

Quality riding and film work. I am sure that you will start picking up subscribers in no time. I appreciate that you took the time to explain what gadgets you use etc.. very handy for someone like me who is thinking of starting a similar channel. Keep up the good work and look forward to seeing more videos like this in the future.
Thank you! I really appreciate your comment! I listed all my equipment and softwares specifically so others can start doing the same. I didn't have any help when I did and it was a nightmare in trial and error. I'm planning to do some tutorial vids showing how I do everything but it's hard to find time between work, the track days and doing footage from that at the same time. You should definitely start doing similar vids!
0:05 You need a new helmet after such a hard hit. But great footage!
😂 It's shameful how many times I've hit my helmet in this fashion.
@@alixvandurandI really hope he's joking. 🤦🏾♂️
@@Naldo_S1K I'm sure he is. Or maybe he isn't and he replaces his lid whenever he gets hit by anything larger than a cicada 😁
Nice Alix. A cool addition to the production.
What are you using to get that information on the screen?
Several things are required for telemetry. But assuming you have all the data files, I use Telemetry Overlay for most of the graphics you see. But the bike's stuff (RPM, gear, tach, speed) and the track map are from Race Render.
questions how did you add that lap timer to your camera?
GPS (laptimes and track map)/gyro (lean angle and accel) are all logged using a Racebox Mini S. I then import and overlay the data on the video using Telemetry Overlay. Except track map which is done with Race Render.
Hi How do you get the rpm data, number change, heart rate?
I use Dynojet's POD-300 to capture the RPM, speed, gear and throttle data. I wear a chest monitor that connects to my phone via Bluetooth for the heart rate. I basically record a "work out" and I'm able to save and then export the data as a FIT, GPX, or CSV, etc that I can import into Telemetry Overlay which is what I use to put most of the telemetry on my vids. The bike telem from the pod-300 I use Race Render cause I liked the look of the custom gauge I made.
