Interested in why it being natty or roids matters.
You can't just take roids and magically wake up jacked like you were bit by a radioactive spider. It still takes insane dedication to your diet and hours in the gym. The roids just assist in the growth and healing process so you can push yourself beyond normal limits.
Used roids before both my deployments and the guys that killed themselves in the gym got the results. I personally was putting in about 4+ hours a day and dieting like crazy. The guys that just sat in the barracks eating pizza were flabby and out of shape despite taking the same stuff.
Hard work and dedication is what gets you there. There are no magic pills to achieve easy results.

@@randalripley8381 You answered your own question; natty is unassisted and is therefore more impressive than those who achieve results by way of introducing chemical assistance to their regimen

❗️It’s NOT a 1 year SKILLS transformation! It’s 1 year BODY transformation‼️I started working out in 2015, but in 2019 I stopped for 10 months due to exchange program.. When I came back in 2020, I lost my strength and gained 8kg of fat (this is how I looked in the first few clips of this video) Muscle memory and general training experience helped a lot to recover my skills and get back my strength faster. Unfortunately, natural bodies aren't as marketable. It's sad, really. Workouts and diet should be about health, not aesthetics. The looks should be a bonus. However, most of us just want to look great, so it's easy to con us into workout/diet plans with unsustainable 8 - 10% bodyfat, enhanced models. If it didn't work, they wouldn't do it so much.

When my son was about 11 years old he entered a Jaycee Relay Race. He’d never ran track before and didn’t know everybody wore shorts. He came in jeans, to everyone’s amusement. He ran the last leg for his team - and came away the fastest runner of the day, and made up considerable distance to win. This video made me think of that day. How I wish I had been able to see it, instead of only hear and read about it. I was a single mom and had to work. My son was an amazing athlete. ❤️

Amazing transformation the drive had to be intense. Also love showing the power of calisthenics compared to simply lifting iron.

Depends what you want to achieve. Sometimes a mix can be good. E.g. 80% cal 20% iron.

@@SaumBodhi yeah but calisthenics is cheaper, just rings , pullup bar and ypu are pretty much done. or a tree and a couple of chairs if you are broke
