Really refreshing to see a real natty transformation for once. Good shit bro!
I agree!!!
Was thinking the same
so true. every other video is just roids to the max. this was good to see.
Interested in why it being natty or roids matters.
You can't just take roids and magically wake up jacked like you were bit by a radioactive spider. It still takes insane dedication to your diet and hours in the gym. The roids just assist in the growth and healing process so you can push yourself beyond normal limits.
Used roids before both my deployments and the guys that killed themselves in the gym got the results. I personally was putting in about 4+ hours a day and dieting like crazy. The guys that just sat in the barracks eating pizza were flabby and out of shape despite taking the same stuff.
Hard work and dedication is what gets you there. There are no magic pills to achieve easy results.
@@randalripley8381 You answered your own question; natty is unassisted and is therefore more impressive than those who achieve results by way of introducing chemical assistance to their regimen

It's not willpower. Willpower is how you start, but if that's all you have, you'll get tired and quit like everyone making new years resolutions. You have to build a habit. Self-reflect on what is keeping you from enjoying your habit, and changing that.

These are the people that companies like Nike, UA and Adidas should sponsor: a natural, hard-working man who shows what persistence and dedication can do for someone.
Great job bro 💪🏻
Unfortunately, natural bodies aren't as marketable. It's sad, really. Workouts and diet should be about health, not aesthetics. The looks should be a bonus. However, most of us just want to look great, so it's easy to con us into workout/diet plans with unsustainable 8 - 10% bodyfat, enhanced models. If it didn't work, they wouldn't do it so much.
These companies sponsor and push instant gratification - what if the world realised that the equipment these companies peddle actually makes little to no difference to performance and fitness goals? Rather let the 300 pound couch potato spend $2000 to buy equipment and feel he has done something - convenience and instant gratification will be the end of this society very soon - this real world transformation motivates me and you, but not many others...

When my son was about 11 years old he entered a Jaycee Relay Race. He’d never ran track before and didn’t know everybody wore shorts. He came in jeans, to everyone’s amusement.
