- A girl goes about her daily jog when she finds a pocket watch. As she messes and plays with the dials things start to get strange.

This paradox isnt unsolvable yet.
You just have to use the clock again and sneak behind yourself and act suprised that you were noticed.

There was a channel on UA-cam back in the early 2010's that made short films. Im searching for it because they moved me although i think they may have been purged. There was one about a boring boy that finds a mermaid and men in suits come to try and take her so he frees her in the ocean. One was about a nerd who invents a computer that predicts the future it predicts his death is soon. So he makes love to the girl he always loved goes to the ocean has a good time with his parents and in his final hours watches his favorite movie. One was about this group that takes cadavers and surgically removes the soul the film shows a new member seeing it for the first time when a shootout unexpectedly breaks out. The opposing group wants to know their secrets it turns out the new initiate was a spy for one of them and disarms them then gets them to confess their secrets

That was awesome. Really well shot and finely paced. The music really fit the tone of the film and helped keep it moving. Also the concept was brilliant. I would have liked to see more of a definite ending but certainly I was very impressed. Well done!

Simple story but so enjoyable. Same sense as Steven Spielberg showed in his early work.
Great film. The camera work was very good and the acting is little short of brilliant. Excellent display of confusion and perplexity and no camera awareness at all. Only downside in my opinion was the missing teleport/timejump sound in the end. It just felt wrong, although I had to watch it three times to hear why.

the morment Nancy changes the time with her hands and pushes the botom she only goes back to herself jogging five minutes ago.
Off course she doesnt know shell find it and change the time.
So therefor shell rooping the five minutes forever
She will know, why would she forget. It is her current state of herself that knows about the watch that travels in time. The part I don't get, is why the watch not only moves her in time, but also in space. If she where to move back in time back 5 minutes, and not in space, she would just be at the same place she was when she pressed the watch. Also, how does the watch know what matter to move in time, and why did it not move itself in time together with Nancy, or a chunk of asphalt beneath her. I don't get how the clock would have the technology to detect what matter who was the body of Nancy.
+Mr. Democracy In reality the earth moves quite fast in space orbit and whole solar system is moving also, so she could be somewhere in space or in the ground.
Interesting concept. What made you think of this idea of one person going through time and seeing one self?

Also, you had alot of rolling shutter with the fast pans- which is typical of and DSLR, maybe consider paning slow enough to prevent rolling shutter and then speed it up in post. also if you havent already, check out filmriot on youtube! and just out of curiosity, what camera and lens did you use and what do you edit with. but BRAVO fantastic man! keep it up!

Killing just 1thing in the past could change everything and threaten your actual existence.
By killing a bug in 1965 - two people who never meet may meet due to an allergic reaction to a bee sting , years later when they remeet the person may give the job to his old friend cause him being there to help when he was dying saved his life and he remembers it, because of this he meets a girl at the office who introduces him to one of her friends who he eventually marries, this results in the birth of a child who interacts with you or your friends and in turn this friend could be nearby when something dramatic could change the path in your life or the very existence of it, without that bug sting the person giving the man a job may have give it to someone else. There are literally infinite paths and choice that are effected by the presence of others.
Not actually a paradox but cool regardless.
