I don't think there is any special relationship in Salesforce
Contacts and Accounts have a lookup relationship but this relationship has a property called CascadeDelete that's why the contact is deleted when the parent object is deleted. Account and contact behaves as master detail logics its a standard functionality in salesforce but on UI it is a lookup relationship .
Greatly appreciated videos like this but if you focus on admin role make videos for related to admin because the intro started as dev and admin. Like many job postings they polluting market rate by combining admin and dev role by putting just one line with apex requirements.
Hope in the future video keep focus separately as much as possible between admin and dev.

Professional Edition: 50 active flows
Enterprise Edition: 100 active flows
Unlimited Edition: 200 active flows

Essentials/Professional Editions: 50 versions per flow.
Enterprise/Unlimited/Performance/Developer Editions: 50 versions per flow.
Executed Elements:
All Editions: No specific limit on the number of executed elements at runtime per flow. The earlier limit of 2,000 elements was removed in API version 57.0.
Active Flows per Flow Type:
Essentials/Professional Editions: 5 active flows per flow type.

I have use case to map lead field and account field. I have field called federal tax id which is encrypted field and would like to map it while conversion but in standard conversion field mapping it’s not possible. Do you know how we can achieve in apex trigger to map these encrypted field ??

Account and Contact behaves as master-detail but on UI it is a look-up relationship. This is because of business implementation.
Account comes from Opportunity. Suppose you Sale some product. You reach to a person and he fixed some deals with us, By this It becomes an Opportunity. Now that Opportunity purchased some products with you organization. Now he becomes an Account. After that Account reference some contacts with whom your organization can process deal. Now those reference are your organization Contact.
In this case if that Account is no more purchasing products and can not continue with your organization. In that case you delete that account and it makes sense that their related contacts must be deleted. That is why this happens.
Contact without Account as a parent are private and cannot be seen by other users in an organization. Because they are your personal contact persons like you have in your cell phone.

Number of flows is 5 only for professional edition.
Account and contact is lookup relationship with cascade delete enabled. Its not Master detail.

Master details and looks up are same type parent and child only difference is loosely coupled and tight coupled.

Many to many we can achieve using junction object
