Hi Alister, in depth, and clearly presented as always. What I would like to know is how many of your FX9 tutorials apply to the FX6? (Or more importantly, which ones DO NOT apply). I am gradually working my way through the manual, but I find your presentations easier to digest, and you put things in context, with recommendations and no-nos. In the mean time, I eagerly await more FX6 specific videos from you.

What does “shutter off” mean on the fx9? What is the default Shutter speed if set to off? This isn’t indicated anywhere in the menu or in videos on the fx9. You’ve expertly explained using shutter and angle but I don’t understand why there is an option for “shutter off” when it’s not explained. Thanks!

Hi. Is there a backup function allowing to copy the content of a card in slot A on a card in slot B? And/or copy the content of cards A and B directly on a SSD without the use of a computer ?

Can anyone help me. Sony FX6 User and MacBook Pro M1 User My Camera turn off while recording. When camera came back on I click on Execute hoping to Restore all my Footage. On the tough card All My Footage says MXF and It's Un-playable. and only 4 Movies are playable within the camera but not on my Tough Card connect to my Computer.
@@MylonasFilms I have to be a bit more precise: 41% for middle grey, 61% for white card with Display Gamma Assist and no LUT on, i.e. measuring the SLOG3 output and not the LUT output.

I get my FX9 next week. This is without doubt the best video I've seen to introduce the key essentials in bite-size easy-to-understand segments.

Priority should be format setting. Start with that.
