I've also had some fun finding vertical arcade games (FBNeo) to put on this. Also ported my copy of Stardew Valley with Portmaster with great results. I definitely wish there was a touchscreen for the DS games, as I like the way it first both screens. Even the games that don't depend on it entirely have little things that need it, like in NSMB using that spare powerup, random little functions in Castlevania, etc.
Had initial problems with my (green) RGB30 not charging and found a solution by resetting JelOS to default - though that meant I lost all but one theme. I've very few problems since, though did notice while charging mine today the power display saying 49% (was 43% before I put it on charge) after it had been charging for a few hours, switched it on/off and it showed 100%(seems the power display is not so accurate). Also I'm using ArkOS on a second SD card so I can swap between it and JelOS, I'm preferring the ArkOS experience. The D pad's down occasionally getting stuck to on in menu's - rare but has happened a few times (only while running JelOS - maybe a bit of tape under the pad might solve this). I'm loving the RGB30, got it mainly for Pico8 (and now learning to program so I can make my own games - plugging a small keyboard and mouse makes it great for game development on the go) enjoying and playing some systems more than I do/did on other devices I've owned. Would also give it a 9/10 score and even with the aforementioned problems I'd highly recommend the RGB30 (if I can afford it I might even get another as backup).
Mine has no charging issues whatsoever! I have seen some people have had issues with certain elements of PowKiddy's quality control, but my experience with my particular device has been great!

I have a yellow and a purple one. Purple came with top buttons not working. Their Quality Control is not the best.
The yellow one looks incredible! I think I'm extra nostalgic for yellow consoles because my original Game Boy was a yellow one 😅
Huh, I didn't actually know that about the hot swapping with the external display. I tested the HDMI out to see if it worked, but maybe I just happened to have it turned off before I plugged it in.
Did you try returning the dud RGB30? How are their returns services?
It’s good for NDS Pokemon? Turbo mode??
I bought an anbernic handheld a while ago,,, turns out it was the biggest waiste of money,, glitchy, screen was to small,,, ended up sending it back,, and just downloading an emulator on ma tables,,, works far better
You want niche? the first company to make an actual working Saturn focused handheld emulator is going to be rolling in it. Have it focus on Saturn so it doesn't have to compromise and cater to other consoles, the Arc is so disappointing in this regard man.
Yes, more six face buttons handhelds that also improves N64 playability.
If the screen was 768x768 and the d-pad was slightly better, it would've been a near perfect PS1-and-under emulation device.
I just bought a 35xx h a few weeks ago because it was only 60 and the rgb30 was 80 but like 1 week after the rgb30s went on sale for 65 I def regret my choice
I would prefer the 35XX H I think. I like the RGB30 but it has some rough edges.
What OS is this?
Best ever for Gameboy and Gameboy color!
Does it play Lunar 1 or 2 for PS1 good?
Yes
I have one and I love it!
Any1 buy the preloaded game card. Was it good
.... I'm Giving RGB30 1 More Chance .
....I've Had Nothing But Problems With 2 Previous RGB30s
....1st Quit Charging A Few Days Before The Return Window
....2st quit playing sound 2 weeks later and none of the trouble shooting works
....If This 3rd RGB30 Does The Same As The 1st 2 Units Then I'm Done With The RGB30 .
....My X55 Has Not Given Me Any Issues That My Now Multiple RGB30s Have Suffered From .
This is a Powkiddy RGB20s in a different configuration.
RGB30 is a 2024 launch?
Can i play ps1 game here like siukoden 2?
Sorry but does it come with a charger?
It comes with a USB cable but no power adapter 👍
Great, I was looking to buy one, thanks for the info!
Vertical Shoot'em Ups!!!! Sadly, that awful thumbstick f##### up everything.
Im digging it ...
Not sure why people care about the black bars. Never noticed it.
I like your cat
CAN I PLAY GODZILLA PIPEWORK GAMES ON IT?
Battery is what eventually made me put mine down. Leave it for a short period, dead.
Are you on JELOS? I run ARKOS and have had zero battery issues.
Always these people that don't care to remedy the issue and just give up. It's an easy fix
Do sponsors require these cheesy (no pun intended) transitions into their ad placement?😂 Thanks for the chapter markers so I can at least skip the ad…
I would totally buy this if it were more powerful, had touchscreen, and 3ds emulation. I think it looks cool though.
Thanks for stopping by and watching Neko!
And if it could do my my tax refund, and if it could cook for me and ..... bla bla bla.
It is great. Just need a bigger screen. And a more powerfull chip. And a touch screen. Waitaminute... 😂
You look like a mini tyson fury

Why is the person showing me video game handhelds selling me meal kits?
Because he has to make a living
N64 was a big disappointment for me, also doesn't run the Cave shmups well at all. But, for what it does do, it's very good.
Johnson Nancy Lopez Cynthia Brown Kenneth

Make sure you do the update from the system menu before you give up on it.
Needs more ram

one of the most uncomfortable handhelds of all time
Nah it is comfortable, since it's BIG
I'm 6'8, my hands I can guarantee are MUCH bigger than yours and I have ZERO problem with this handheld. Don't say its the most uncomfortable of all time. Just for you it is. Clearly most people think otherwise.
this has nothing to do with hand size
it's about the shape of how the rgb30 is built!
after just under an hour, it's simply uncomfortable!
in my opinion, it is simply badly constructed.
however... :)
@@FostersHomeFG you said "one of the most uncomfortable handhelds of all time" now you are doing something different
I have bigger hands and i find it great
I don't like you.I want to see Brandon.
