Rivian’s financial situation is rather troubling. Their cash burn rate is unbelievable! The stock has fallen 90% since their IPO, hence, the high degree inside stock selling. Rivian’s 175K warranty is insane, truck owners will be lucky to get 100K miles before the company goes into bankruptcy someday. They have until 2026 to change course, not too long.
@@Json918 Do you really think companies like Amazon, Volkswagen, T. Rowe Price, Soros Fund Management, Fidelity Management & Research, Coatue Management, BlackRock, and JIMCO Technology Fund would invest billions in a company on the brink of bankruptcy? With these payers betting in the Billions , I can assure you that the small investments of retail investors like us are not at risk.:D
To clear up some misinformed comments… Rivian should be sued for fraud over how Rivian under-reports losses. Specifically, taking quarterly GAAP loss and dividing by number of vehicles sold, Rivian's GAAP loss per vehicle is clearly over $100k per vehicle… not the nuanced $30k loss rivian claims: 3Q23 - $90k/vehicle 4Q23 - $107.4k/vehicle 1Q24 - $103.0k/vehicle 2Q24 - 105.7k/vehicle

Demand for Tesla is cooling down even the refresh Model 3 is failing to excite buyers. I would put my bet on Rivian R2.

Everyone is still looking for the next Tesla, when they can just invest in Tesla.
Counting the number of empty apartments in China 🇨🇳, one can predict the future of Chinese EVs.
Rivian can 300x. Tesla already did.
I bird in the hand…
Spoken like a true degen gambler. Rivian is barely surviving, If you think they are Tesla you surely haven't done any research.

Telsa, I'll pass. Not because of the technology, but because of the leader of the company.
I can understand your concern but don't let emotions sway you from a huge opportunity.

Rivian what a clown show! who would even sink money into that sinking ship?
