You guys camped right next to a patch of fleabane. It grows plentiful everywhere down there and you could have used that to fight off the fleas!! 🌸🌸🌸 There is zero worry w/ that being endangered or even protected, like at all.
Seeing the completely unexpected hot and sticky moment brought me joy, happiness, and peace. Thank you for not click baiting that as a thumb nail. The experience would’ve been lost. I haven’t even passed past that moment and watch the entire video yet! I am Giddy. Thank you ma’am.
We have been to Pedestal Rock and enjoyed the hike and scenery but seeing it from birds eye view with the drone really brings out the beauty. Thanks for sharing.... oh and the cooking parts of your blog always makes me hungry!!!!! 😁
Nice video, I can't believe I haven't hiked here yet, I love backpacking in the Ozarks. Kings Bluff looks like a great spot for a.chill overnighter. I will have to visit here soon, thanks for sharing!
Just sitting on my outside porch,7pm and enjoying camping with you all. Accidentally found your blog and so happy about it. As it was snowing, my family enjoyed the beautiful million dollar highway and many other sights you made. Thank You for this enjoyable experience.
Right over the border from Pennsylvania into West Virginia there's a place called Cooper's rocks on route 68 it looks very very similar to that place many people get married out on the rock. And there are a lot of rocks underneath too that you can explore just like that place and you just keep walking down and there's more and more it's very cool. It's very close to cheat lake. If you ever get up this way check it out.
awesome trip guys,beautiful scenery and music,so relaxing.makes me feel as if i am there,continue enjoying ur trips.please,please be safe out there.enjoy miss kelly’s cooking,love u guys.God bless🙏
Inspired by your video, I made the 1 1/2 hour drive up there today. Only did the Kings Bluff walk but the weather was great, only 75 degrees. All the best!
Sorry to post so much! Squirrel! lol. We camped 2 nights at Illinois Bayou Creek about 2 weeks ago on this big, flat rock face that overlooked great swimming hole, and what my daughter refers to as "rapids" up the creek about a hundred yards. Sunday morning I went down to get in and there was a snake just hanging out, around the big rock we used to get in (not sure what kind, though others have speculated water moccasin by photo)! We opted to stay out of creek/bayou/whatever on Sunday. HAHAHA! Still, it was a WONDERFUL adventure! Thanks for all the videos and inspiration! Appreciate ya'll so much.
Awesome location my friend I'm getting ready to move to Searcy Arkansas and just watching videos looking for some cool places to take some of my RC Rock Crawlers
I've heard wearing bells on your shoes when exploring helps spook bears not sure about mtn lions...whoa! either encounter would be uncomfortable, cheers and beer30!
Are you sure it wasnt the chiggers getting you? When we went there a couple years back the chiggers were insane. Great video too! Enjoy watching your stuff.
I recently checked out many of your videos, and I love your drone skills and your Hummer! I also recently took a trip to the Ozarks and loved the forest and the valleys. But it turned out to be the wrong time for waterfalls, and there was barely any water. You folks seem to know the Ozarks area very well, and so can you recommend the best time of the year to see full flow waterfalls?
Thank you for watching. This is the video editor we use. www.movavi.com/mac-video-editor/?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIyNna6YbD6gIVEfDACh3tawGgEAAYASAAEgJ_iPD_BwE
Do you guys use bug stay on your feet and legs while hiking? Every time I go even with bug spray I manage to pick up a chigger somehow. Just curious. 😊 Love the vlog!
Those weren’t blackberries... Some sort of raspberry. Just because they’re black doesn’t make them blackberries. If those were blackberries they would be everywhere and you wouldn’t be able to hike that path

Coleman
I live in Florida but it's got way too crowded; how cold does it get in Arkansas in the winter?
Ya'll do some great videos; like that tent too.
Thanks for watching! It’s not too cold in the winter but it’s not pleasant.
There are no mountain lions there! Or at least that’s what Jonathan told me at 10 pm the first night when I refused to go to sleep! 😂😂😂
Are you sure it wasnt the chiggers getting you? When we went there a couple years back the chiggers were insane. Great video too! Enjoy watching your stuff.
I don’t know. It’s itches like crazy about 2 days later. Thanks for watching!
groovy vid

Best time of year is the spring. We have so much rain from January-May. Thanks for watching!
Nice! What part of the park did you guys camp?
We primitive camped in a spot in the Ozarks
Hey guys!! I was wondering what yall use to edit your videos? Thanks for another great video!

@@CodyandKellie awesome and thanks for the reply!
What kind of drone do you use? You get the best aerials.
DJI Mavic 2 pro. Thanks for watching!
Are there a lot of snakes out there? Especially in the caves?
We see snakes every now and then. We didn’t see any on this hike
Do you guys enjoy the devils lettuce? Just wondering
When y’all go out in the wilderness camping, what do you have for protection?
We have a bear spray for bears.
DOME LIFE I wasn’t referring to wild animals .
Lol we did not think you were. We do have protection with us at all times.
hola amigos ,, have had a bear approach in arkansas?
We have seen bears on the dirt roads in Arkansas but have never had one approach our camp.
Do you guys use bug stay on your feet and legs while hiking? Every time I go even with bug spray I manage to pick up a chigger somehow. Just curious. 😊 Love the vlog!
No we don’t. We’re constantly checking one another for ticks. Thanks for watching!
was it all coast line back when?
It was
Kelly you need to take your brother to the big Texan in Amarillo and have him try to eat that 72 ounce steak with all the trimmings.😀😀
Lol! I bet he could eat the whole thing. Thanks for watching!
When you guys are completely isolated what type of toilet system do you recommend?
We use a shovel and dig a 6” hole away from running water
Never seen such a quesadilla b4

This is the region of the North Fork of the Bayou

Have you guys noticed creeks and river levels being very low???
Most are rain dependent. It seems as though rain is getting less and less now.
that is where me and my wife are going in October to see the leaves change thanks for a sneak peek awesome😎
Thanks for watching!
Or is this normal for this time of year?
It depends. A few summers ago we got so much rain in August we kayaked the Mulberry.
Completely off topic but has Kellie ever considered competing on Master Chef?
😂 Thanks for watching!
@@CodyandKellie Thanks for having a great show to watch.
