Hello.I studied Kung Fu in my teens, followed by many years of weight training. Now in my fifties ,I began excersising again after a long lay off due to injury. For years I wanted to start Tai chi.I am following your videos and have been doing 1-2 sessions of 20 minutes Tai chi.The movements are familiar to me from Kung fu.I cant thank you enough for providing these great tutorials. They are the best on You tube.Very easy to understand and apply.God Bless you folks.PGM
Dear Daniel and Veronika, I love your tutorials! I have done Tai Chi 108 forms for almost 3 years and a half. I have started Tai chi Chuan with you during the lockdown. I like it very much. I felt I wanted to try a new form of Tai chi ans liked your teaching style a lot. I am trying to do it every week not to lose the momentum. I also like a lot the martial art applications! Thanks a lot for your teachings!
I do this EVERY morning and evening and I LOVE how it makes me feel. I feel healthier, more flexible and notice certain aches are going away (especially in my knees). I wish there were more videos of Dr. Hoover and Veronica! This has truly helped me!
Veronica has excellent form. Thank you for making and sharing these videos. I have not practiced for a few years, and this is just the beautiful inspiration I needed.
Wonderful videos! As a beginner it would be nice/helpful to see your movements from behind making it easier to follow your movements. Still, as is, you're movements are so incredibly fluid... Thank you both for this awesome series.
I had spinal fusion 7 months ago. This is really helping me with neromusclular reeducation from nerve damage prior to surgery (balancing is getting mich better quickly now). Thank you so much for sharing a great series!!!
Hello Daniel and Veronika, we love you and your Tai Chai class... which we are doing every day while in lock down here in London, UK! One question... we are mirroring your moves so consequently right and left are reversed, until you turn around and we see you from behind and then we can get muddled. What would you recommend... should we follow your right and left commands and not mirror your moves? Sending love and hoping your are keeping safe and well, Sandy and Sheelagh

I love this, but it’s hard to follow when you aren’t mirroring the movements (I have to go the opposite direction). Please go more slowly. Thanks!
