Good Lord, would you please stop focusing on the smallest % population of the SMSA City of Stl and more so on the region as a whole, and regional communities. You persistently grovel about the City which is a soup. Focus on matters which effect the entire community.
Paint Louis should remain as the urban fabric of St. Louis diminishes into the suburbs. Not everyone wants to live in the suburban hellscape and live a white picket fence lifestyle. Graffiti has been around for as long as humans have been on earth
Can we stop calling them "graffiti artists" unless they are covering something they were authorized to cover? The rest are vandals, not "artists". Scribbling your name on someone else's property is not "art".
