Apologies for that mistake! Also, thank you to everyone who pointed out that Leveler is a fantastic card with this commander!
Neat little trick: Royal assassin destroys any target tapped creature. Use that to destroy the goaded creatures after they attack, and I think they’ll go to your graveyard for reuse. So, you could use this on something like the one that makes them lose turns, and they will cry as you use it again and again. Unfortunately, this doesn’t work on indestructible creatures like blightsteel colossus unless you could find some way to gain control then sacrifice it before their endstep

"When Tempting Wurm comes into play each opponent may put any number of artifact, creature, enchantment and/or land cards from his or her hand into play."
Despotic Scepter is great in this deck. You can use it to destroy a creature you gave someone else and send it back to your yard before it is exiled to use it again. It's just 1 cmc and a tap for the effect.
I respect the potential brutality of the bullies, but if I built around them, I would definitely stuff some beefy or all-around good creatures and play it like an auction/car salesman

You want an End the Game Combo? Seedborne Muse, Homeward Path, some sort of sac engine, and Bullies with Leveler in the graveyard. You can respond at their upkeep to give them leveler then before they moved to the draw phase you can Homeward Path Leveler back to you and then sac it back to the graveyard, then rinse and repeat for each of the next opponent's turns.
There are a few things you didn't mention which are very interesting. 1. Using cards like Despotic Specter and Tel-Jilad Stylus to prevent the card from being exiled. There are a few cards that care about cards on the bottom of your library (Cellar Door, Grenzo so Tel-Jilad Stylus can be abused as well). Brooding Saurian can save the creature in a sneaky way by allowing you to sacrifice it once you gain control of it. 2. Mystifying Maze can turn The Beamtown Bullies into a repeatable reanimator for your creatures. You can use all "exile and return under owner's control" cards in a similar way (for example the Flip Planeswalkers). 3. You can activate The Beamtown Bullies on your opponents' end steps for it to stick around during the turn after. This is for example interesting with cards that have a positive effect for everyone. If you put Maralen onto the battlefield on the opponent's end step before your turn you are the only one that can tutor up for something. 4. Thornbite Staff plus 0 toughness creatures and a Blood Artist effect allow you to drain your opponents for infinite damage.

@Mitch What if I told you….. that there is a way to take infinite turns with this commander????? Because there is… it’s a tad convoluted, but it works 🤣
Bronze Bombshell, with Thornbite Staff equipped on The Beamtown Bullies goes infinite. Bombshell comes in, sees that its not controlled by its owner, sacrifices itself, and deals 7 damage to that opponent. Then Beamtown Bullies untaps because Bombshell sacrificed itself.
