the main thing that shocks me here besides the time lapse from me being here 3 weeks ago....the crowds weren't just as bad as in the 90s...its sad how many people they let into the park nowadays...its hard to walk around.
Just shove your way through without actually shoving your way through, then say sorry every time you brush or bump into someone to make it look like an accident and you’re trying to get somewhere in a hurry😂
I’ve been wanting to make an “Amusement/Theme Park rides over the years” playlist to show how the rides changed/aren’t here anymore, especially for me since I never knew/seen/been on any of the old rides and attractions besides Ariel’s Grotto (Meet and Greet) back in the 2000s.
Tristan Williams well every once in a while, Disney has to referbish their rides to keep them clean and working. They also took away the colors because Disneylands 50th anniversary (2005) was coming up, and decided to color it the original colors, as well as soundtrack. I'm aware that they also kept it this way for the ride's 50th anniversary in 2016. I'm not sure if I want to colors back or to keep it white. The projection shows they do on the façade are possible because it's white, but impossible with colors.
Back then, Disneyland wasn’t nearly as big as it is today. It was just a local California theme park instead of a tourist attraction like now. This was before DCA and Downtown Disney

Imagine how bad the camerawork would be before the stabilisation ….

I believe around 2002. the soundtrack your hearing is nearly identical to that of Small World at Disneyland in Paris.
