I really like these low subscriber niche channels even though it's not profitable for you guys. It feels close, personal and exclusive. It's like I'm gate keeping something. Anyway I hope you guys become better with time and also come up with a better set up in order to be taken seriously as visuals do matter. Thanks for existing and making this logical YT review channel and insights channel come true.

I just have a question is firing people who r not underperforming a good thing just to cut down the cost and even if someone is underperforming don't u guys think a bit of hand holding will be a good thing so that the one who is underperforming might improve I think everyone deserves atleast va second chance if not more I could be wrong in my view pls free to correct me

Firstly, none of us are experts here. Neither are these founders. But every company and every situation is different. We agree with you- In most cases companies should try to transition underperformers to other roles and put them in a position to succeed. It's a lot easier training someone who is already in the system than bringing in fresh blood. But, this is not always practical. Motivations might take a dip, good performers might get turned off and disgruntled employees can ooze toxicity to the rest of the org. So sometimes letting them go is understandable.

@@IndianStartupDesktop its a corporate world. and no company cares about it, they only care about profits. Thats plain and simple. and they are not your family if they said too, when they see dip in profits they just fire. Whether ur working in Fang or a startup. its just capitalist greed and to make their investor happy.
Whether we like it not this is hard truth and whether ur talented or underperform. same happened in 2022 when there was a technical recession, faang started firing, which hires best from best whether its standford or hardvard. Better to earn passive income and gets shit out from corporate hell.
