This is a very helpful video. I bought this, I must say, my body benefited from it the first week. I had a leaky bladder every day for the past couple of years. That problem went away and never came back after using for one week.
Received mine 2 days ago and am addicted. It REALLY does relax the muscles. I have had 2 knee replacements, dvt’s, lymphatic issues and am overweight. You feel the vibrations all over but increase slowly. I would love a pamphlet of exercises because I don’t always have the computer or phone available for website access. If you sit all day it provides relief if used for a few minutes every few hours.
I have a pacemaker. The company rep said this will not affect the pacemaker. I started with my pacemaker working 24% of the time. Next check 1 year later it went up to 27%. After the checkup, I had vertigo really bad and could not move around for several months. I checked and this machine was said to be helpful for this condition. My dizziness STOPPED! My next check-up for a pacemaker....I had been using this machine for 3 months for vertigo and the amount of time my pacemaker was working went DOWN to 12%! The tech said wow you must have really been working out...no I used this machine. My pacemaker is from St. Jude Medical. Talk to your representative about your own pacemaker since they are all different. Mine I can do an MRI with it...it just has to be turned off and then back on after the procedure.
I purchased my vibration plate a few years ago. I didn't use it at all. But saw video of a women in her late 70's doing her workout and that I need to get a head start at 61. I'm committed to using it since taking a Dementia prevention course at our local Y. Yesterday was our last class, and were asked to set long term goals healthy goals. Mine is to take roller skating lessons, and to use my vibration plate daily. Of course the 1st few days I was a bit sore, but again I'm committed to the long term goal to live a better healthier lifestyle. I was actually looking to help a family member that has chronic lymphatic disease and possibly something that would help her recover. Thank you for sharing.
I have the rumblex and I am in love. It has helped with sciatica, knee pain, shoulder and thumb joint pain. I'm a massage therapist I love using it before work to warm my body up. Love love love this product.
This video made me order this for my 70 year old mother that has had total knee replacement and still has pain. She is very hard headed and I have to actual go to her house to make her use the sit down bike or take a walk outside. I hope this helps with her mobility and pain ❤️❤️
Thank you for a great presentation! I bought the platform and only used it for a day - and I woke up feeling so good and light in my feet! I bought it because my friend recommended it as a weight loss tool - it really toned her body and helped with getting rid of cellulite in her legs. But I realize that the platform provides so many other additional benefits - from mood enhancement to massage and pain relief! My daughter said she loved it but “it makes her want to go poop” 😂 I want to recommend this board to the people I know, so it really helps to hear your analysis. Thank you!!! 💕
Thank you. Helped a lot. Just got my machine today. Was in a wreck a year ago. Tonight after using it the first time, I feel as if I just left the Chiro/deep muscle masseuse. Also, just got over 4 weeks of the “Beer Virus”. Had atrophied. Will sleep tonight!!! Lol Wish I’d found this earlier. I am 58. Giggling at your mom. She’s a good sport. She reminds me of me. And you are a good daughter and a good trainer. 😉
Ordered the Life Pro 3D Turbo and love it. I got rid of burning and tingling in legs and feet also got rid of sciatica pain and hip pain. Now I got rid of medicine for that. My daughter and a sister in law have all gotten one since I had them try mine out.
vonda - good for you! can ou tell me what program you are using, especially for sciatica and hip pain. I have both and would love to be able to go for a walk without pain! Thanks.
Another great video. You could absolutely see how much your brother favored his left side at the start, and then progressively self-corrected as the session went on.
I was at my wits end with myofacia ? Pain in my knees. I have a rumblex. Settings are level 1, setting 1. So 10 minutes, and I move slowly out to increase vibration. It does miracles to my mobility and pain levels.
I've been using the LifePro waver mini. I've only been standing and sitting on it with my arms bearing some weight for a week. I can tell a difference. I have less pressure in my body. I recommend getting the strongest one you can afford.
" AWESOME " I'm In and ordering tomorrow. Was on the fence a little but I have friends with a platform and love them for knee replacement / stiffness relief and replacement rotator cup comfort.. Thank you !
Amber, thanks for an informative and thorough video. Appreciated the science behind some of it. Will be investigating those studies further. Have had a Lifepro for 2 weeks, purchased for leg edema. Have had bilateral knee pain for years...it was 50% improved after the FIRST USE!! Both knees have completely resolved by the end of the first week. I am now so stoked about learning all the benefits.
I ordered one for my 83 year old mother suffering with osteoarthritis on her knees. I have to do something, I’m starting to have a bit sciatica issues, so I’ll be using it too. I am going to start my mom very easy in a seated chair position to start off with. I loved your video…
Thanks for choosing us! Here are two key tips for using the vibration plate with both your mom (who has osteoarthritis) and for your sciatica: Start Slow and Seated for Your mom: Begin your mom on the vibration plate while seated in a sturdy chair, with her feet flat on the floor and knees at a 90-degree angle. Keep the intensity low and start with just 1-2 minutes to help ease joint stiffness and improve circulation without putting stress on her knees. Gentle Movement for Sciatica: For your sciatica, stand on the vibration plate with your knees slightly bent and focus on gentle movement (like shifting weight side to side). This will engage your core and legs while helping to relieve tension in the lower back and legs. Start with short sessions and gradually increase as tolerated. These approaches will ease both knee and back discomfort without overloading the joints or muscles!
Thank you for these videos, I ordered my platform and will have it soon, meanwhile I'm still educating myself by reading and watching videos out out there through awesome people like you!!!!
I will be getting mine tomorrow, apparently my husband has being dealing with one knee pain plus leg so hopefully this helps him out. Thank for your review 👍
I've had many knee replacements. My knees have a tendancy to buckle when I try to squate or unlock my knees. I have had many falls. I am sitting & using my new vibration plate at this moment. Where can I find adaptions for folks like me. I did the exercises your mom did. So glad to have found you!
I'm sorry to hear about your knee challenges. Using a vibration plate is a great start for stability. To find personalized adaptations, consider consulting a physical therapist or certified trainer. They can provide tailored exercises. Online fitness communities might also offer support. We're here for you!
I brought one for me but after watching you I am compelled to get one for my son who has been suffering with poor circulation in his legs due to multiple DVT’s!
Hi Tina! We highly suggest that you consult his Doctor first if he is allowed to use a vibration platform since DVT is one of the absolute contraindication. :)
Thank you for all the information provided! I am healing fibro of 12 yrs. I used other healing modalities that helped me begin to heal. When I read this platform helped with not only weight loss and every issue you’ve mentioned I wanted to try it. Ours is the rumblex 4D. I have old scar tissue from a hysterectomy the platform may also help with? I definitely don’t move enough and that was also a factor in purchasing this vibration platform. Thank you again, you are a wealth of information! Love and light to all!
This was helpful. I wasn’t sure how to use the bands. I didn’t even think to put under my feet when sitting. Proprioception issues after abdominal surgery.
Wow, that was an excellent video. I just brought a vibration platform (not Lifepro, but it was one of my choices) to help my mom relieve some if not all of her nerve pain, unsteady gait, and muscle contracture. Would love any exercise suggestions on helping her improve those things. Great video.
Thank you for this. Helped me understand my knee pain again after surgery 3 years ago. Just got my hovert. Maybe it will quit hurting in a few days and I can get my balance and stamina back.
I just got mine yesterday. I'm 72 and I've had many serious injuries. Anyway I could not believe my hips did not hurt in my sleep. I don't usually have results that many people do ha 😊😊
I just got my machine this week. This video helped me so much. I suffer from lipedema and lymphedema, I’m ten pounds over the weight limit for the machine so right now I’m scared to stand on it so I just sit.
@@lindacardwell3210 I got my Life pro vibration plate (1) year ago. I have CLL CHRONIC LYMPHATIC LEUKEMIA which WBC & lymphocytes are VERY high. After using it daily(skip 1 day a week) for (6) months my hematologist was astounded: both WBC & lymphocytes went WAY DOWN🎉🎉🎉! Program (6) for 10 mins. AMEN 🙏🏻 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
I’ve had one for a couple of weeks and loving it! I’ve had 8 back surgeries and this definitely loosens me up. I also have a lot of bladder leaking problems, what exercises help?
Using the vibration plate may also offer some benefit for pelvic floor muscles, as the vibration stimulates the muscles and tissues. If you're standing on the plate, try to engage your pelvic floor (as if you're doing a Kegel) during the vibrations. It may offer some passive support to the pelvic area. Consult a Specialist if your bladder leakage continues or worsens, or if you're unsure whether you're doing the exercises correctly, it might be worth consulting a pelvic floor physical therapist or a urologist. They can provide targeted exercises and techniques based on your specific needs.
I like to stand outdoors for a moment, then do the vibrations, following a shower then a Epsom salt bath, followed by a healthy fruits bowl snacks ,and healthy foods.
I have a vibration plate that helps the circulation in my legs and to get the lymph moving since I have lymphedema in my right leg. My mother is in a wheelchair due to an accident, and I am trying to convince her to get a vibration plate to get some kind of movement in her legs. She is already doing upper body work. I know you can get the benefits while seated.
@@patwhite7300 I'm not sure, but she mentions it in the video. I'm still waiting to receive the Lifepro, but will leave another post if it helps with the symptoms of GERD.
I got this unit yesterday and used it sitting several times. I just did the routine you did with your Mother (sans bands) and what I noticed is that it has the ability to make my pants fall off! My knees still hurt afterward, we will see after a few more times if it helps or not...
I'm glad to hear you've started using the unit! It's essential to monitor how your knees feel after a few more sessions. Consistency can often reveal the true benefits. Wishing you a positive and comfortable experience with your new routine!
Thanks for the great information. I'm trying to gather enough information to know what I want in one of these devices. I do have osteoporosis and am overweight, sedentary and 73. Also have pelvic floor prolapse/bladder; and GERD. Am I correct in looking for a machine that has both lateral and up and down motion; dual motor? Thx
Look into the Rumblex Plus or Rumblex Pro. Those have 3 motors and you can use manua mode to use the 3 motors in 7 combinations to reach your goals. You can use the discount code “AMBER10” for an extra bonus discount!
I have Sciatica pain big time and lack of mobility lifestyle for 8-9 years straight! And I'm concerned about getting Lymphadema..I just want to prevent. Plus I'm Disabled for both knees and I was just diagnosed with DDD..😒 So this is perfect..I'm gonna buy one!
That was incredible, Amber! 👏 I watch podcasts by many MDs. One recommended a vibration plate to a caller last week who was dealing with early osteoporosis. I also wanted it for circulation, detox, and improved muscle strength. I did a lot of research and your company's product looked like the best product for the price. I was amazed by the number of positive reviews. I looked at the most recent "verified purchase" reviews since I know some product reviews often change over time due to different management, manufacturing plants, etc. Your product reviews looked consistently good across the board. I ordered the Lifepro Waver Press last night and can't wait to receive it so I can do the videos with you. I had no idea that I could use it for so many things!!! 🙂This video was perfect for my needs and I will definitely watch the follow-up videos as well. Thanks to your mom, stepdad, and stepbrother. 🤗Their experiences will help me, my husband, and many others! Christmas is coming early at my house! 🎄 I'm not waiting to put it under the tree. ~ Maureen King
As a holistic bioenergetics practitioner I was looking at a vibration platform for a Lyme's patient who is mostly bedridden. In doing my research I have definitely decided upon Lifepro. For my client I am thinking the Waver model would be gentle and she could use it while sitting in a chair. What would you suggest? I also want to get one from my elderly parents who are homebound. I am also sold on getting one for myself and the therapy room. Would the Rumblex 4D offer the most versatility for the variety of clients I see who have different issues?
Hi Rita Shimniok, Waver Vibration Platform would be best for its very gentle . You can sit on a chair and put your feet on the platform. This will help with circulation, lymphatic drainage, muscle development and stress. You can also use the Waver Vibration Platform for your parents or much better the Rhythm for it has handles and balance won't be a problem. Yes, Rumblex would best for you and for your therapy room since it uses 3 main movements that each has great benefits. And has 4 combination movements that also has benefits and can also give you a good workout. Hope this helps!
I really think my mom would love this however I would have to force or remind her to use daily especially with her recent knee pains. I have one and I love it. Only been using for a few days now.
Yey! We're so grateful that we are part of your healthy lifestyle and recovery. I'm sure that your mom will love the machine as well :) Keep it up. You've got this :D
I wish there were a way for them to use a wireless microphone or something I have my volume on 100% and still can't her them when they do these exercise videos.
Thank you for the awesome video and clarifications.Any preferences on the Lifepro models? I am 57 overweighted. I was an athlete before but had knee and other parts of body injuries. I am looking forward to start a new exercise routine and I would like to incorporate one of the vibration machines. I appreciate your suggestions
Hi syazana! Herniated Disc is found in the relative contraindications, you can use the Vibration Platform but gently and gradually and with caution. And just to be sure you need advice from a medical practitioner too.
Hi. I recently bought one of these and i love it! Can you tell me specifically the position for neck pain due to gritting my teeth for a long period of time which, i think is ultimately because of a hormonal imbalance (post menopausal). Thanks ❤
Hello! Thank you for reaching out. :) We highly suggest scheduling a free appointment with our advisor to help give you personalized advise: calendly.com/lifeprofitness-consultation/15min?month=2023-08
Where can I get a yellow band. My LifePro came with a Blue band and a Black band. Both are two tight. I have Venus Insufficiency. Legs are soar to the touch due to blood not returning and pooling in my legs.
Hi @Vinyl916, you can use your vibration platform for 30 minutes a day depending on you. You can use it either with two 15-minute sessions or thre 10-minute sessions depending on your liking. Hope this helps :)
You can use it as often as it makes you feel better. It’s an individual preference as to how long and how much you use it to meet your goals. Once you get used to it it’s not unusual for you to use it throughout the day or 30 minutes at a time
Hi Hermetic, Thank you for reaching out! For vibration platforms, it is not recommended for more than 10 minutes of use. Maximum usage is 30 minutes per day. We also recommend to spread the sessions apart. :)
I'm same age off your mom. 62. Advanced Osteoporosis & degen.disc. Arthritis. Spinal weakness. Lots body pain. I NEED to know which unit is best for us. ?? I just ordered the one w/a stand . $300+ could I use a more affordable one?? Plz reply ASAP. Thank you!
Hi Debbie, thank you for reaching out to us ✨ The oscillation of the rhythm will help develop the muscles so this will help with strengthening the core therefore helps with strengthening the spine. It will help you exercise and exercising helps with bone density and the handles will help with your balance and will protect your spine. Hope this helps.
Hello! As long as the surgery is fully healed, it should be fine. However, we always suggest to communicate this with a medical professional to know best if you are allowed to use the platform. :)
@@Lifeprofitness I don't really believe this as the vibration may loosen the metal stuck in the bone and crack the bone . I have no health issue and felt my whole brain vibrating... an old person with osteoporosis and hip implant will not be safe.
I have had my life pro Waver for about a week. I can tell already that the tight muscles in my legs and around my knees are beginning to be more flexible. I have watched this video plus part 1 and part 2 of the videos for seniors. I thank you for doing them; they have really helped. My only question is I cannot figure out from the video how to shorten the stretch band. Do you have a step-by-step graphic that I can follow, something with photos?
Looking to possibly buy something like this. At work I am standing at the same spot for 9 hours a day and by the end of the day my legs and feet are so swollen they feel like they will explode. So I’m hoping this will give some relief from the oedema
Hi John! You may use the vibration platform to help relax your muscles. We suggest having the Turbo or the Rumblex series since its Pulsation movement can help better. You may use the platform while sitting in a chair and feet on the platform.🥰
You made this video about four years ago and so my question is how is this machine holding up? Is it still going strong and is it still helping your parents?
This is great information! I just wish you would repeat whatever your clients are saying when you ask them questions. Their sound is not being picked up at all. Thanks!
I just got one of these last week! I am like your mother. I am having problems finding out if it is healthy to use every day or not. There is so much conflicting information out there. I found one article that says every 48 hours to let the body and muscles recover. Then there are those that use it every day and a list of injuries that can happen including to the brain and joints if you vibrate every day. Do you recommend every day?
Hi Dawn, Hope you're doing great! As advised, you can use our vibration platform everyday since it only has a very low impact. And you can only use it for the maximum of 30 minutes a day. But for starter, we do advise to use it for 15 minutes a day so that your body won't get overwhelmed :) Have a nice day!
Can you show how to attach the bands to the waver. I see 2 metal circles underneath on each side, do I just thread the loops through those? I just got mine and have done 3 workouts, squats with 5# weights, biceps/ triceps, traps, and glute bridges.
I have the Rumblex Pro, and I love the platform. The only thing I find that bothers me is that my neck has been incredibly sore. I had disc replacement surgery in 2017, and I’m wondering if what I’m doing is helping or actually aggravating my cervical issues.
Hi Cheryl, Hope you're doing great! As advised, for the meantime you can adjust the intensity you are using. Slightly bend your knees so that the vibration won't flow directly to your neck. We also offer a free 15 minutes consultation with our Health and Fitness advisors for more tips. You can send us a message at support@lifeprofitness.com to book your appointment :) Hope this helps :)
Hi Krystal, You can sit on a chair and place your feet on the platform, and place your hands on your knees. This will connect the vibration from your feet to the shoulders, and upper back which will help alleviate the pain on the neck. :)
Can you use your life pro daily? I have read 15-20 minutes 3-4 times a week but not specifying context. Is that for exercise? How about for circulation, pain relief, lymphatics? Before noting the 3-4 x/week, i was using it daily for a pre-program level and time (15 min). But i found just standing on it helped loosen up stiff joints and bring pain relief... Okay, you just said 10 minutes/day is okay for pain.
This is a very helpful video. I bought this, I must say, my body benefited from it the first week. I had a leaky bladder every day for the past couple of years. That problem went away and never came back after using for one week.

Wow, that was an excellent video. I just brought a vibration platform (not Lifepro, but it was one of my choices) to help my mom relieve some if not all of her nerve pain, unsteady gait, and muscle contracture. Would love any exercise suggestions on helping her improve those things. Great video.
Glad it was helpful!
I purchased for nerve damage in my entire right leg from lower back to heel...very excited & hopeful
Wonderful! Fingers crossed!
Thank you for this. Helped me understand my knee pain again after surgery 3 years ago. Just got my hovert. Maybe it will quit hurting in a few days and I can get my balance and stamina back.
Hi Pam! How was your experience with the unit?
I just got mine yesterday. I'm 72 and I've had many serious injuries. Anyway I could not believe my hips did not hurt in my sleep. I don't usually have results that many people do ha 😊😊
I just got my machine this week. This video helped me so much. I suffer from lipedema and lymphedema, I’m ten pounds over the weight limit for the machine so right now I’m scared to stand on it so I just sit.
Thank you God is Love41 for sharing!
Thank you for sharing, having pain after a total knee replacement.
You’re welcome , Black Honey
My knees are bone on bone and a Torn meniscus. No plan for surgery. I'm already seeing a difference in the Vibration plate.
Looking forward to your progress! You've got this!
This video was quite informative and very helpful. Thank you very much. I saw the improvement in your “step” brother. How rewarding!
Glad it was helpful! :)
Which LifePro model is this?
Love your videos I just order one and I wanna help my mom too she always has knee pain..thank you continue to share
Looking forward to your Lifepro experience sandra!
Will this help plantar fasciitis? Excellent video!
Definitely yes 🤗 Thank you!
@Lifeprofitness I have sciatica and plantar fasciitis. My 3d will be here Tuesday. What exercises should I do?
Excellent video! I not only learned about the machine I bought but I also learned some things about our body. Thank you!
You are so welcome! Glad it was helpful.
I like to stand outdoors for a moment, then do the vibrations, following a shower then a Epsom salt bath, followed by a healthy fruits bowl snacks ,and healthy foods.
Sounds like a solid routine!
Yes! You can still achieve the benefits of each movement even in a sitting position. :)
Great video! Thanks for the info. I've ordered one and can't wait to try it for GERD and joint pain!
Awesome, L Gincas!
For GERD? How does it help?
@@patwhite7300 I'm not sure, but she mentions it in the video. I'm still waiting to receive the Lifepro, but will leave another post if it helps with the symptoms of GERD.
Thank you! Your video is so very helpful. I’m so grateful to have found your video. Great information!
Thank you for your kind words, Lisa! :)
you do a great service for us.. thank you...
Our pleasure!
Just got mine hoping to get my circulation better in my lower legs and feet. pain comes from my hips down. Feels some better just after 1 time used.
Thank you for sharing Vonda :)
Thanks for watching!
That's great Paloma! We're so excited for you to try our machine. Keep us posted on your Lifepro journey :D
Thank you for sharing!
Our pleasure Angela!
I have one arriving tomorrow. Excellent video, but it would have been better if you had a mic connected to your top.
Thanks for the tip!
Thank you so much, Maureen! We will make sure Amber gets your message :)
Thank You im going to get one..i had knee surgery MCL and ACL!!!! EVERY NOW AND AGAIN IT HURT LIKE CRAP!!!
Hi Ladyln77 Z, have you got one already?
@@Lifeprofitness no i have not. I will tho. Have other things I have to take care first than ill get this
Thank you so much for this demistration. Very helpful
Thank you for your comment, @Robin Brockman! We are happy to be of help 🙂
❤ thank you, is this a vibration plate? I would have purchased this one but I just bought mine, a diff one.
I wish there were a way for them to use a wireless microphone or something I have my volume on 100% and still can't her them when they do these exercise videos.
Thank you for the suggestion Lorraine! We are working on improving our videos! :)
Thank you, Angel! 🤍
I'm very happy with my Lifepro Waver Mini! It's the perfect "beginner" vibration platform! You will LOVE it!

Glad you like them!
Can i ask, can someone with herniated disc use this? My concern is that i have herniated disc on l5 s1 and i want to lose weight.
Thanks for explaining.
You're welcome!
Is this good for the lymphatic system?
Hi Marie, Yes, it is good for Lymphatic system. :)
Thank you, so informative.
You’re welcome, Guess! ✨
Just bought mine!
Awesome! How was it? :)
I just go mine this week. Can I use it more than once a day and how many times a week?
Hi @Vinyl916, you can use your vibration platform for 30 minutes a day depending on you. You can use it either with two 15-minute sessions or thre 10-minute sessions depending on your liking. Hope this helps :)
Lifeprofitness Yes, and thank you for all of your advice 💖
You can use it as often as it makes you feel better. It’s an individual preference as to how long and how much you use it to meet your goals. Once you get used to it it’s not unusual for you to use it throughout the day or 30 minutes at a time
Can I know what model of Lifepro Platform? Thanks
Great video! Have arthritic hips with one very painful groin, along with a bad hip Labral tear…Would it be ok to use this? Thank you
Hi! Kindly send us an email at support@lifeprofitness.com to assist you further with your concern. Thank you for understanding. :)
Can you overuse the plate?
Hi Hermetic, Thank you for reaching out!
For vibration platforms, it is not recommended for more than 10 minutes of use. Maximum usage is 30 minutes per day. We also recommend to spread the sessions apart. :)
@@Lifeprofitness thank you for responding
@@ProphetessQueen Happy to help!
My mother has a hip replacement. Would this machine interfere with that if she stood on it or shall she just use it sitting down?
We will be working on that. Thank you!
There are so many different models, how do we pick which one to purchase?
Hi, kindly send us an email at support@lifeprofitness.com to assist you further with your concern. Thank you for understanding. :)
This was very helpful!
@@Lifeprofitness thank you for the infomation i will check them out
You made this video about four years ago and so my question is how is this machine holding up? Is it still going strong and is it still helping your parents?
This is great information! I just wish you would repeat whatever your clients are saying when you ask them questions. Their sound is not being picked up at all. Thanks!
Thank you and your feedback is noted. :)
Hi Dawn,
Hope you're doing great! As advised, you can use our vibration platform everyday since it only has a very low impact. And you can only use it for the maximum of 30 minutes a day. But for starter, we do advise to use it for 15 minutes a day so that your body won't get overwhelmed :) Have a nice day!
@@Lifeprofitness Thank you!
What about hip flexion exercises on the machine? I have the Rythym so not sure if there is enough space, with the support poles.
Hi Laura, the Waver would also be a good choice for space. :)
Can you show how to attach the bands to the waver. I see 2 metal circles underneath on each side, do I just thread the loops through those? I just got mine and have done 3 workouts, squats with 5# weights, biceps/ triceps, traps, and glute bridges.
Hello Vicki! You may loop the bands on the O-ring under the platform. :)
I have the Rumblex Pro, and I love the platform. The only thing I find that bothers me is that my neck has been incredibly sore. I had disc replacement surgery in 2017, and I’m wondering if what I’m doing is helping or actually aggravating my cervical issues.
Hi Cheryl,
Hope you're doing great!
Does the Rublex help Fibromyalgia?
Yes! :) The Rumblex has Pulsation movement that will help alleviate pain and ease muscle tension.
How long of a time should begin, I ordered one can’t wait to start
Hi Rachel, How's you experience so far?
Lifeprofitness I’ve used it a few times for messaging my sore legs, was shocked to find it really helped!
Can you tell me what the name of the Machine ?
And how much is this machine ?
Thanks
Hello, Rosemarie! Waver Vibration Platform. :) For prices, you may check them out at lifeprofitness.com
How do you guys recommend using the machine for neck pain?
Hi Krystal,
You can sit on a chair and place your feet on the platform, and place your hands on your knees. This will connect the vibration from your feet to the shoulders, and upper back which will help alleviate the pain on the neck. :)
@@Lifeprofitness thank you! I'll do that
Can you use your life pro daily? I have read 15-20 minutes 3-4 times a week but not specifying context. Is that for exercise? How about for circulation, pain relief, lymphatics? Before noting the 3-4 x/week, i was using it daily for a pre-program level and time (15 min). But i found just standing on it helped loosen up stiff joints and bring pain relief... Okay, you just said 10 minutes/day is okay for pain.
