Respected sir,
as you describe briefly on widal test , Sir I 've a confusion ,we usually consider positive result for widal test if we get agglutination in both O & H antigen. if there O antigen have low grade agglutination and H antigen have no agglutination then we report negative. if H antigen have agglutination except O antigen then we report positive. is I 'm right or not

Nice lecture. But anamnestic reaction explanation is not correct. It is the raising titer due to previous exposure like vaccination or past infection
