What about ast and alt and alp. Could be recovering from viral hepatitis and the raise could be due to delta bil. If such trend is seen for 6 months then think of guilberts synd

Sir my usg reports are normal but my sgpt is 80 and sgot is 51 ,i am underweight and my age is 22 there is also slight pain in right upper abdomen from past 1 month my tlc is also low all viral hepatitis is negative ,no hiv .bilirubin total is 1.43 , indirect is 1.02 and direct is 0.41 ,albumin is 4.71 .A/G ratio is 1.49:1.I dont feel nausea or fever .I am highly confused.Please help 🙏🙏🙏🙏
These figures are nothing to worry about. Low tlc - take vit b complex for 2 weeks and then repeat test. Because t bil and indirect bil is high, outter possibility of hemolytic anaemia.
no it is not a problem of the liver. constipation is because the fiber content in you diet is poor. gas has got to do with eating a lot of air while having food. take regular diet, plenty of water and some exercise. should become all right

lft se pata chale ga ki liver kitna theek hai. ho sakta hain ki lft normal ho par usg mein liver mein changes dikhe. aur agar fatty liver zayada hein, phir lft be abnormal hoga

Obstruction is usually acute. So the issue of albumin does not exist

Lft is normal. Just start with basic exercise, good diet and a positive attitude. Check ur hemoglobin also
