I just started working a warehouse job. Shifts r truly affecting my body!! Certain workouts that ive done plenty of times before are now painful. I appreciate your content because it is not too tense on my body... i will be doing a LOT of your videos as my regular!! I feel like i am losing strength & flexibility and its discouraging but your videos are helping me ease back into it!
