Are you still on? what about that "gunholder"-metal-clip" at the top - obviously it has metal pressing against the hammer/back of the gun - does it lead to any unnecessary wear? Im thinking about cutting them of and just use the velcro... Answer would be very appreciated.
I've had this holster for my Ruger Mark IV 22/45 for about 8 months now. I found it nearly impossible to find a holster for the 22/45, especially with the 5.5" barrel, but the OneTigris adapted to it nicely with the adjustable barrel rest strap. The only disadvantage for me personally was that it is absolutely incompatible with red dots, but that's a common flaw with holsters. I wish I were more accurate with the iron sights.
I have two. Ranger green , Coyote brown. Works with Beretta 92, CZ P-07, Glock, even Canik Elite sc. I feel it protects the gun a little better than some others. Maybe not as "fast-draw" like the operators like. I kinda want an M12 holster for the Beretta, to keep out dirt and stuff. If I end up in SHTF I don't want some Safariland type holster. I like mine. Good Vid. Rock On.
Thanks! I am really liking this one so far, I will be field testing it this week. I have an M12 that works with my Beretta 92/1911 great but it limits you to the ALICE system and rides a little higher than this one. Both are great holsters
I'm stoked I saw this, this morning. I was looking for a web gear holster for my 1911 and bam, I saw your video. Just ordered me one!! Thank You for sharing!!
What about that "gunholder"-metal-clip" at the top - obviously it has metal pressing against the hammer/back of the gun - does it lead to any unnecessary wear? Im thinking about cutting them of and just use the velcro... Answer would be very appreciated.
Actually no. It adjusts pretty easily as does the gun position, so the hammer of my 1911 rests on the strap and not the snap. I have noticed no wear at all on the hammer.
One Tigris is nice. but I still find Condor more effective. Just saying on a drop leg set up. But condor is still better on a cross draw. One Tigris if you are strapped for cash is very economical.
They are pretty close but I agree I would give the edge to Condor. OneTigris is more of an airsoft setup but selected items work pretty well with real firearms like this holster...
@@FloridaBoyBushcraftSurvival I do have a couple items from onetigris....they work well for the purpose I bought them for. I just wish they would increase their level of quality control.
The problem with the OneTigris holster is the thumb break. The snap needs to be on the side of the pistol, not the top of the hammer. Unfortunately, they sewed the female portion of the snap and that strap is too long. If they fixed the thumb break it would be a great holster.
It looks like the loops on the back are long meaning when you pull the handgun out of the holster the holster itself will slide up with the gun until the bottom of the snap loops come in contact with the belt. Am I missing something?
Kind of. Yes the MOLLE loops are long but you can adjust them to be much shorter. In fact they will adjust to fit a ALICE web belt perfectly with virtually no play, almost like the holster was made to go on a web belt...
@@FloridaBoyBushcraftSurvival Got it yesterday. I like it. Color matches my web belt. I'm going to do one mod. Turn the retention strap at the top into a thumb break. Won't be all that hard. Easier if they had sewed the strap about a half inch to an inch lower. I'll simply cut the stitches and sew it on lower and add a stiff piece around and above the snap. That'll work. I love everything else about the holster.
First of all thanks for sharing... Evidently they have a gen 2 now that is inferior... I just bought the tan one and the snap button for one is mushy and not tactile at all.. Very little effort to unsnap it... Complete garbage.... and for two... the position where they have decided to place the snaps it terrible... On older iterations like yours the female snap is located much higher on the piece of webbing which leaves a smaller tail... And since it's placed where they put it it makes it much more difficult to align the male and female snap pieces... I have Taurus G3 and it's full sized.. and when sizing the holster correctly for the G3 which means the grip contacting the holster in order to cover the magazine release button and also to fully bury the trigger... It leaves very little room for the male and female ends of the snap to come together.... You literally have to tuck the female side of webbing in between the male side webbing and the body of the holster... and there's little room for this to happen... Especially when it's not in your lap with two free hands... Everything else is nice but on this newest iteration they absolutely botched the snap closure location on the webbing... I can look past the mushy snap because it happens in all batches and that you might get a bad one.... No problem returning for a another one, but the location alone is a reason this holster is not acceptable... Because this is intentionally designed this way..... Which is flawed.... Garbage and returning.
@@bat3058 Vous ne serez pas désolé. C'est un étui très solide. Je l'utilise avec un 1911 pleine grandeur en .22LR mais il fonctionnera avec n'importe quel pistolet pleine grandeur

The comment I was looking for thanks.
Dude I tried so many time to adjust it to my HK USP and thanks to you it fits now perfectly !
Thank you :) !
Awesome. It is made to fit a ton of guns. I have not tried it on my Beretta yet but I am sure that it will fit
I just bought this for my .45. Needed a little help adjusting it, so Thank You!
It works great for a 1911
Great Job! No fluff or filler. Just an honest review, and that's what I was looking for. Thank you!! Subscribes.
Awesome, thank you! I really like this holster
I think the Tongue Depresser would be a good thing to use to mould the molle on the belt so that it can be fixed into the molle spaces
Yes it would. It helped me get additional MOLLE straps in there to anchor it on my belt

I really like the holster, it fits a 1911 platform as well as a Beretta very nicely
Looks like a pretty good holster. Thank you for showing it to us. Stay safe and stay cool
You bet, thanks!
BRILLIANT! 👍👍. Except for light bearing and red dot mounts 😢😢
Thanks! You can make it fit a light but not a red dot...
Thanks for that review. I might explore that as an option as a field holster.

Glad I could help. Remember I am using it with a full sized 1911, just in 22LR. It is really working out great so far...
Looks like a decent holster.
Thanks for the video brother
I love it. It should work out well on the new Bushcraft Belt System
Think it will work with a cc3 rail on a 1911 from recovery tactical i have a few handguns and don't want to spend 70$ on there one fir holster
Yes. It works great on my Beretta 92FS with a rail...
How does the Tigris compare to Condor? The GI issued M9 Alice hoster?
OneTigris and Condor are pretty close. I have a Bianchi UM84 ALICE holster but it really only works well with ALICE bels/gear

Yes it has its limitations but it holds a 1911 pistol very well...
You can’t put it on a normal belt? I think it would move around a lot on a regular belt.
Yes you can. It is fairly easy to zip tie it down so it doesnt move
@@FloridaBoyBushcraftSurvival I did some research and found a similar holster with leg straps and a belt loop that will work for me
@@globofgreen Awesome
Mine came with this extra strap that you don’t have in the video and I’m tryna figure out what it’s for
Probably to secure the gun better...
Do you think this holster would work with a .357 magnum revolver with a 4" barrel?
It is more for autoloaders but it would probably work with a revolver...
Is there a way I can use something else to hold it in so I can just slide it off to pull out the gun? I’m using it for my airsoft 1911
Not sure I know what you mean but you can just use the velcro strap instead of the snap
@@FloridaBoyBushcraftSurvival yes I chose to use the strap that you placed on the barrel of your gun and it actually works

It works well. It will slide a bit though...
Nobody making a video showing this on a belt? Why hasn't this been show yet?
I have a video called the Bushcraft Belt System that shows it on my belt. I use this rig every time that I go out...
Do you think it could be modified for a red dot?
Probably not on the end, but you could easily position the gun so it works
How’s it work with revolvers?
Yes it will
the retention strap should snap at the grip area not where hammer is
You can use it either way...
I’m surprised I missed that one in my searches. Thanks, Matt.
No problem. This is turning out to be a really good holster. See my latest video...

The thumb break is meant to be snapped over a cocked and locked 1911. That's why it seems hard to snap. It's the way a 1911 is designed to be carried.
