Excellent presentation. I stopped a 580b from going to boneyard. I took the shuttle apart because lever in cab would drop. No pressure. I found it had no spring and ball for detent. I needed to watch this. A huge help. I'm trying to find a way to subscribe which this doesn't say. Thankyou again. I need to watch whatever you put out for a 580B backhoe
@@ruthyhopkins1160 I have a “Playlist” on my channel homepage. There is a tab in there with all the videos about the 580CK backhoe, sorry it’s not the 580B. To subscribe, simply click on the little red circle in the bottom right of any of my videos or click the Subscribe button on the channel homepage. It’s free and there’s nothing more to do. Subscribing is like bookmarking my channel so you can get Back to it easily and each time I upload another video of any sort, it will appear on your homepage. Thanks for watching and good luck with the old backhoe.
It is indeed another step forward on this old tractor. I'm looking forward to the initial start up some day. I must be a doctor because I have a lot of patience!
Thanks. I'm glad you found it useful. I don't know if you've seen it, but here's the video of taking the valve apart: ua-cam.com/video/xh0N1opBmdQ/v-deo.html
The numbers are listed at minute 2:39 of another one of my videos. Here it is: ua-cam.com/video/xh0N1opBmdQ/v-deo.html Best wishes Maybe subscribe to my channel!
It's the Case Service Manual for the 580CK (original). They sell reproductions on eBay (and used original manuals too). Excellent video thank you very much. Could you possibly give the skf part numbers for the 2 seals? I appreciate it
