Hi. I have the lactek silicone flanges and noticed that my supply can be a lot less when I use them, definitely they don’t empty me at all. Any advice???

Hey momma! I’m sorry to hear that😔 if it’s from being sick power pumping and pumping 5-10 minutes after empty every time may help. It may take a couple weeks of consistently doing those things to see any increase just so you know!
I really like that you dont shame the pump but encourage their use and the different functions of each of them.
I never knew about silicone flanges! I would give those a try for sure. Also interested in checking out the Boobble milk catcher. Thanks for sharing!

Similar to others where you squeeze, attach, and let suction do the rest😊

Have you tried and reviewed Bamboobies reusable breast pads? Also have you used or reviewed the haakaa?
I’ve tried both and wasn’t a huge fan of either!
