Absolutely love all of your videos! Thank you so much for taking the time to share your knowledge with others. My husband and I are looking to retire in a new town in approximately 8 years. We're looking for dog friendly area. Could you speak to what Indiana has to offer as far as off leash dog areas please? We live in Colorado currently and although it is extremely dog friendly, it is outrageously expensive. Thanks!
Hey there, im looking to build a home near indy international Airport. Within a 40 min or less drive. Have you done a video on land thats available near places with rivers or lakes. Thanks for what you do.
I lived in New Palestine about 15yrs on a farm.was nothing in the 70's, .I miss frosty boy, great food and strawberry shakes see and banana shakes huge tenderloins.grernfield big I went to Doe Creek and New Palestine High School.I left because they got too snobby on building codes wouldn't allow me a trailer to stay in while renovating old farm house.
I live in Dublin, Ireland and I’m in a long distance relationship with a guy living in New Palestine. I have visited a few times and it’s such a lovely neighbourhood. So quiet compared to living in a capital city.
Hunting is allowed and trapping during hunting season, you will hear a few shotguns, yet for the most part hunters hunt with compound bow and arrow.otherwise quite.
You need to do the Bargersville area. New police station just opened, they have 12 Tesla police cars. Million dollar homes everywhere, and home to Center Grove HS two time defending state 6A football champions!
I booked house with lennnar in new Palestine Question should keep by booking or cancel it I have kids too I am confused it’s good area or not help me please
@@SA-ff2hb everyone pays tax in America and have the right to buy lands and build homes anywhere they went as long as the have the money, I thought you would know that by now. If you don't like people around you, buy a very huge land and make it private for you alone.
@@AsikiaIyalla01 sorry, you don't live here and have no idea what is going on in our town. Please do some research and educate yourself before posting.
Yes, New Palestine USED to be quiet, not anymore. Looking to sell out and move. Too much traffic now, cookie cutter housing additions going in and our Town Council has no want to keep it "small townish". Just got a Taco Bell (lovely) and our sell outs want to put in a 200+ apartment complex. The urban sprawl from the dangerous eastside is creeping out to New Pal. I left the Eastside to get away from this but it won't be too long before it gets bad out here too. The police and fire will be overrun as our Council just wants to build, build, build, not looking to add to those resources and the school is already at capacity even with the new addition.
Please don’t come to new Palestine and ruin it. We love our small town and don’t want it to be over populated and ruin by big corporations. It is great to visit and hang out. We love our small town. We like being a secret. Haha
All the housing additions and new businesses are ruining our once quiet little town. Before you know it it's going to be Fishers. Better sell and move while you still can.
Do you know that Cumberland and Far East side of Indianapolis is also close by and Cumberland also has a Meijer and a Walmart
Would you mind to cover upcoming projects in New Palestine in your next video?
uh oh

I live in greensburg and its prob one the nicest placest to live.
Most new pal people don’t want all this growth
Thank you! We do NOT want this.
You can't control that Unfortunately. You don't own the town.
@@AsikiaIyalla01 you're correct but we do pay taxes, so as taxpayers, we should have some say in where our money goes!
