There was briefly a concern about violence against Asians in inner city communities due to the popularity of something teens were doing called “The knockout game” in which they would take turns trying to punch and knock out a random pedestrian.
However there was never a bill that constrained speech directed towards Asians.
Asians had a hate crime passed. Also Jewish hate is unique to Jews. I don’t think white or black people are victims of anti-Jewish hate. The bill was meant to protect Jewish students on campus and allow them proper representation in cases where there was an antisemitic incident on college campuses.

The bill that they are speaking of here has potential repercussions for any American for even speaking vaguely, in a negative manner agains one specific people, or a person associated with that very specific group.

I oppose this bill for numerous reasons. However, it's important to address the misinformation surrounding it. Contrary to what some people claim, the bill does not mean that merely mentioning one of the examples it provides will result in prosecution.
According to Title 6, colleges have the authority to expel individuals for engaging in hate speech. The purpose of this bill was simply to provide examples of behaviors that could be construed as anti-Semitic.

Fought for who? for oil companies? weapon manufacturers? defense contractors? Except the civil war and WW2, all other wars had or has NOTHING to do with our freedom or democracy.
