Have been watching Ali's video from my second year of medical school, currently I am about to enter 5th year of medical school. What i can say is that Ali actually finds new creative idea to keep us engaged into activities and letting us not become a wasteman. Ali has profoundly helped me with new approach of studying methods in medicine and still to this date he does help me a lot. One major thing that Ali taught me is to read books, a lot of them. Books have massively created a large difference in my life to be honest. Love your videos Ali, stay awesome always as you already are.

I cannot tell how much this video helped me. Have been procrastinating for a whole week, beating myself up with thoughts like "I'm not productive enough and I'm maybe just lazy".
Found this gem of a video and completed almost 70% of my work in the first two sessions.

This is perfect, please do more of these. I work from home and this gives me the feeling of working along with someone. It's subtly inspiring and makes work less lonely.
I have ADHD and I recently heard of this coping tactic called body doubling, where you can use videos like this to trick your brain into thinking another person is working alongside you when you have to sit and think. This really helped me out and I was able to get a lot done by the end of it! ❤
The production is just incredible! I love peaceful videos like this. It’s a great way to get things done without feeling alone. Definitely using this to study Japanese tonight 🙏🏽

This was really helpful Ali and Team! For a channel like mine, this was really helpful as I was able to download Notion and get my to-do list in order. I also fixed up my room to make it suitable for me in a 25 minute work/5 minute rest. Made it more historically themed within 2 hours. Thanks alot guys, hope there are more videos like these. Thanks ali fro this , it totally change my mind, i have copy all these question and try to apply my notion page and answer them very quickly , Guess what by doing that , it helps me now i know my self better more then before , and i love that question that say " Describe your ideal day , from the moment you wake up to when you go to sleep?
