Flash is one of the few comic book heroes that can go toe to toe with Superman. It’s flash, Martian Man hunter and Shazam who Superman himself stated could go toe to toe with him if they all went all out. Also fun fact. Martian and human hybrids are some of the most powerful beings in dc. Lex Luthor found out about this and stole Martian Martian man hunters dna and merged it with himself and turned himself into a hybrid. He was so powerful that the justice leagues couldn’t do shit to him. Basically kryptonians are lucky Martian man hunter hasn’t gotten married to a human and had a child with one in the main comic universe if not every villain would be f’d.

Faora in Man of Steel: Went toe to toe with a fully powered Superman, and tossed him around like a rag doll, but was brought down by her own overestimation of her abilities.
Faora in The Flash: Went toe to toe with a Flash variant who had barely any combat experience, and didn’t even last a minute.
That is why this movie flopped at the BO

@@marcosirsav3860Well, I don’t really think so. I mean, Superman was very powerful, but kryptonians have somewhat the same speed so the fight was kind of balanced. In here, Flash is even faster than any kryptonian and can easily kill them by any means, like vibrating through them or like we see here. The deference being that Flash had an advantage in speed and reaction, while Faora wasn’t adapted to the planet’s atmosphere.
This past barry got the Combat here than the future

Nah I think these comments are people being lazy. All Dark Flash said was that he couldn’t stop the destruction of this world but did it ever imply he was never able to kill Zod? If we take into account the power and scale of the world engine as well as the different locations across the world where Zod terraformed earth I think it’s pretty easy to assume Dark Flash was able to defeat Zod but there were simply more problems in his way than just that. He also wanted to make sure Bruce and Kara would survive the events as well.
I don't know how anyone thinks but its my opinion that speedsters is the most terrifying supes in DC. They literally can kill a Kryptonian literally without difficulty. I'm not agreeing the idea they overpowered in this movie because they are really overpowered. It would be sick if we have R rated flash movie.
Thats why Speedster villains like Reverse flash are loved.

Everybody saying that Flash could easily beat a Kryptonian dedicated to killing him, don’t forget he had a Weapon with him he just applied his speed to dodge them.
Imagine this: what if the Flash didn’t play by the rules.. and was more of an anti-hero like Deadpool or Wolverine.. somebody who doesn’t care about hurting others if they need to.. someone with the mentality of Batman or as vicious as evil Superman? Now, think about this for a second. Imagine you give him an extra ability, the same healing factor Deadpool has. While simultaneously having a little bit of super strength. Now imagine that person having a sword made out of adamantium or a more robust material that won’t destroy itself no matter how fast he goes. I think this character would be so overpowered. Just imagine.. a person who doesn’t play by the rules. He could easily stab Superman with kryptonite and then cut his eyes out. Then, continue stabbing him with the kryptonite or sword in his weakest places repeatedly until he kills Superman. I just think a lot of the times they make the flash this pussy character that will only use his hands and is too compassionate to kill. But imagine somebody who won’t play by the rules and will do anything to win a fight regardless of how anyone perceives him. Any contrary thoughts? Do you have any different beliefs, guys?
I think a character like this would be fun to watch on screen. Just imagine a vast Godzilla-type kaiju, and there you have a person walking with a sword, and in less than 3 seconds, you see him zipping in and zipping out. The monster towering over buildings and skyscrapers at one point has now been obliterated into small fragments and pieces. You know, the speedster slowly moves away from the blood dripping off his body while flowing into mid-air as he separates himself from all the blood. And he smiled as this was done effortlessly. I think somebody like this would be so overpowered. It's almost like anime, haha. Some people say, "Well, why don't we just give a sword to Saitama or Superman?" But why not just make it part of the character's personality? Kratos has two swords, yet Kratos is firm but still uses swords. Why not? He's badass with it.
I call bullshit on breaking Faora’s invulnerability, even with special metal. I can be as fast as I want with titanium and I’m not breaching the hull of a steel wall.
Many folks here sayin that faura beats superman's ass with ease, well those were superman's first battle yet he was so inexperience still to battle such warrior types of his kind

I still don’t understand why he never healed whenever a kryptonian attacked him or why he never healed when Dark Flash stabbed him.
Clark was mentally Strong man so he didn't go for the kill at first but Barry is young & his mom's fate made him nervous, crazy, angry and he has no training to control his powers so holding back means he will loose in a fight.
It amuses me and at the same time impresses me that Flash killed the 2 strongest Kryptonians and that they gave Superman serious problems in MoS, they literally finished them in seconds. Without a doubt Flash is a very powerful Meta-Human

I think everyone commenting about Clark vs Faora need to understand that the superman they revived in justice league was WAY more powerful than the superman in man of steel who pretty much just learned to fly

Makes no sense as Clark gains his powers from the sun and he would have been significantly weakened after revival. Superman is made to be op against any logic.

Main Barry was still holding baby very much he didn’t get serious until the mother boxes wiped everything out, even then he had to talk himself up. Other Earth Barry has an attitude and is not afraid to fight anyone clearly, he wanted to save his mother and Kara and he went to great lengths to do so, shown by not being scared and killing Kyrptonians over and over

Faora is an expert martial artist and fighter, yes the flash is faster (and this was the less experienced one too) but they have clearly shown that Kryptonians can hold their own in that regard, at least make it competitive, the Flash's teaming up for him to get the kill shot with the Kryptonian metal, but no she was in wrestling terms "jobbed out". Faora should not be a jobber, she went toe to toe with superman and the flash kills her in seconds, this movie is pure stupidity.

Superman lived his whole life on earth, faora was like a few hours on earth before fighting the flash. Big difference in experience between faora and superman on how to use their powers, so it makes sense that Flash who is much faster is able to beat her.

DC ls strash
One of the coolest parts of MOS (Faora) and she was barely in this movie. They couldn't give her one badass scene or good fight. The people who made this movie were a joke, VFX embarrassing, the Flash's I personally found incredibly annoying, Zod was mostly wasted as well and you can tell Michael Shannon really didn't care, the batmen were god, Supergirl was woefully ubder utilsed as well and honestly was barely in this movie (plus it took Zod some time to learn to fly and adapt his senses, she did it immediately). So many issues with this movie and yet people keep saying "oh it was a great movie despite what it made at the box office". No it wasn't.
