I really appreciate your humble attitude in those videos, as you constantly point out mistakes you made and how to correct them. Things you should've said but didn't etc. Definitely appreciate all of your step by step tutorials and explanations for free, not many people do that as they try to get people enrolled for their expensive courses. Thanks a lot Andrew!
I can’t thank you enough for doing these series. You are literally the only one person that I have found on UA-cam who has ever done this. You should be paid handsomely
Me too, if you find anyone or if our guy Andrew does it, then please tell us. Not going to lie, Andrew should make courses for like 80$ AUD for each shoe that you want to make because this content is gold
I’ve very much enjoyed this series, thank you for all your hard work,. Your manner of teaching and explaining is easy to watch and listen to, seeing the pitfalls has helped, thanks for including them. Looking forward to the final instalments. Again, thanks.
thank you so much for showing every step so clearly! I've been watching so many shoe making videos but none that are actually instructional like yours. I really want to make a pair of my own now!
Another great lesson. Have ordered my lasts and am eco printing my leather and am looking forward to giving this a try. Your instructions are very clear and I like seeing a mistake or two because I'm an impatient person and it reminds me to take my time!! Thanks again Andrew :)
Nice vid. There is a trick what you can use to eliminate (at least reduce) those pleats on the toe and the heel area. You last those areas as you did, then put nails on the top of the pleats. This will push them down a bit and halve the pleat. You do this, until no big pleats remained anymore. Then bend the nails inside. This will further stretch the pleats and flatten them out. Hammering the pleats also helps a lot. The nails should be angled outside.
Andrew, don't leave us hanging. I need closure!
I've just uploaded the next lesson. The rest of the series has been recorded and will be uploaded over the next month.
