Thank you Tiffany for taking time out of your amazing trip to bring us such a nice video! I don't always realize how much people like you do for your fans! Just letting us in on your trip is something we should all appreciate. Thank you for letting us into your world! We care about you, Tiff! Thanks for caring about us!
Different places have different culture, and of course it's not always pleasant to us. But the world wouldn't be as adventurous if everything was the same! Tiffany you are the best! It's really fun watching your vlogs!! :)
You are so adorable Tiffany!! Don't ever change!
Enjoy your trip!
I Love You!Tiffany
Tiffany has the best laugh ever!
Way to go Tiffany! I'm always super proud to see anyone trying new things when they're in another country, even if they don't like it. Also, when you're using chopsticks, trying gripping the first one between your third finger and the base of your thumb and hand. That leaves your first two fingers and the end of your thumb free to use the second one. I know it's hard, but when I spent a month teaching in South Korea, and it was learn or starve, so I learned. Don't worry, you'll get better! ;)
@SuperYummyMangoes That's what I said when I was saying thats probably what vegetarians think of when we eat meat or chicken... It's just a different lifestyle. It also surprised me.
yaaaaay part 2, love to just watch you!
she looks like an angel guys! It's that simple :)
My brother had a calf as a pet (it was a bull). He had no problem eating beef.
My brother's sense of humor: the intended purpose of having the calf was to breed it when it was a bull. He named it Stud. My brother is also happens to build houses.
you are an EXCELLENT VLOGger, Tiffany! That's so fun and interesting to watch.
OMG!!!i live there!!its the place i study!!it's magic to see you standing there!welcome!
Haha, Tiffany I saw/heard you speak a little bit of Chinese while you were on the show, then immediately burst out into a smile. Haha, that was probably the most adorable thing I've ever seen. ;)
@cheesehead9099 yeah, thats very true
Tiffany. I grew up in China. DON'T distract yourself while crossing the street! And RUN! :P Seriously, thats the only way we made it across the street when there was no underground crossing thing.... But really, be careful!
They do organize your stuff at the hotel in the US too. Every hotel is different, just got to go to the right one.
Yay part 2!!!
Thanks for this video Tiff, and Megan looked really Beautiful during the whole thing like a super model!
chrysthaneum tea is most likely the best tasting "american" tea because its sweet and not as bitter as the other types of tea that they serve during dims sum.
I'm going to China this summer! Omg, I didn't know you went, thats so cool!
That was really cute watching you try to use chopsticks. Thankyou for sharing :)
@THELIRIKALTANK I'm home now. This was from the week before Christmas. :)
I have not eaten dog, but I would if I were in a country where it was common. Just like in Brazil I ate chicken heart, and what I am pretty sure is horse. just the culture, I have no problem with it. Glad to see more from your trip, looking forward to the rest.
I'm Chinese. Yes we eat a lot of dogs. And cats, too. Especially on your “Thanks giving” day. Besides, turkeys are our favorite pets. We regard turkeys as human’s best friends. In China only the most uneducated eat turkeys.
"NI HAO... kind of like MEOW"
oh Tiffany, good luck learning Chinese.
Omgg ! My family is from theree ! Hope you had funn ! Love itt
@TiffanyAlvordWorld & to all who see this (in case you didn't know): if you stay in asian hotels which provide room cleaning services, remove your valuables especially your passports, cameras and stuff from your room. Some of the cleaners will take them if they find it valuable. And it would be best if you put your passport at the receptionist counter they normally have a box for keeping it. In case you get robbed and lose your passport there will be alot of problems. Better safe than sorry. :]
This is China, no matter it's poor or not. Every developed country had been through that.
Tiffany come home soon! Cooler things to do and see in America
watching this made me miss china
Wow Tiffany.
@Jixiie Sorry, I was outta town, so I wasn't able to work on it.
Welcome to China~
you're so pretty...and so AMAZING haha love this video
love your vlogs!
Hey and Megan is with you :) I love you both !
great editting i love the background music :)
I'm from Hong Kong and I don't like going to mainland China, haha. It's cool you see the best of China.
you are the best blogger ever :). Plus that was very interesting and you could tell that guy was kinda embarrassed to admit they eat dog. but lots of cultures like different things.
@TiffanyAlvordWorld My pleasure ;)
china looks cool and interesting.
I mean people gotto understand China used to be a very urban country, and most of them used to be really really poor, and many of them can't afford to buy cows, chicken or lamb meat and they need meat to keep them self warm and keep their stomach full so stray Dog is a 'cheaper' option. They don't do that anymore in developed states, but there are still some urban area still doing that which is sad to know.
@xXSniperWarriorXx awe, man I totally forgot. I'm sorry! Next time ;)
Keep Life Hamtastic!!
Guys chill obviously they're just joking around, get their humor and stop calling Tiffany names or criticizing her.
very funny and cute ;)
@angellord1 ohhh, interesting

Please come to Singapore!!! haha we rock too!! and we totally speak english here (though some better than others) so u can have conversations with us and ask us what our names are!!:)
"The Dog-conversation is over", god bless!!
I'm so jealous of you. You are in China and see all kind of cool stuff and I don't. However I like your vlogs because you are just yourself.
Welcome to China :) love u.
Its funny how at 5:46, when she says "niao" (which means bird in chinese) you can hear something that sounds like a bird afterwards
@RelentlesslyUnending Thanks for the advice! I appreciate it (:
Idk for everyone else but I like it more when there's no songs in the background, or at least some music without lyrics, cause it's hard to hear you're pretty voice xD Oh and I don't eat dogs nor cats in Canada but that's cause i wasn't raised eating them :P Anyways, It's nice to visit a new city(which looks awesome btw) with gorgeous girls. Cheers
"i cant use chopstics, so im just...sticking it in" lol
You look really pretty in this video! And i laughed at you trying to use chopsticks :p Was cute!
@THELIRIKALTANK These are old vlogs from like a few weeks ago, she's home now and finally posting them lol
OK...A) The "dog as food" conversation was a bit disturbing us Americans! B) Are you CRAZY?? Vlogging while crossing a street in China!! They'll run you over and never look back...Like you're a speed bump! And C) Fun Vlog! Thanks for sharing, Tiffany!
OMG. I just heard secondhand serenade in the background.
what a pretty girl!
"i must use chopsticks or the world is gonna end" ---- epic ^_^
Megan Nicole should come to Singapore too!!!
@4everTiffanatic It's I Wanna Be With You by Mandy Moore
@BrandonAOuellette awe, I believe you :/ poor chicken!
@TiffanyAlvordWorld :) Don"t worry..but i love that voice!.
We have to be considerate of other cultures. Just as cows, chickens, and pigs are raised here in America for general consumption, so are other animals in other countries.
That's weird, your travel friend was teasing you, a lot of them never eat dog
look to Tiffany dad
he teaches respect :)
great dad :D
Aww you could asked me what's good in China i go there all the time ;) well mostly hong kong...but yup I'm from Sacramento but my parents & i travel there to visit grandparents in China & Hong Kong! anyway wish I'm there with you so I could help you out and translate for you ;) LOL and I love drinking Tea :) "EAT DOG???"yess in china they do eat dog :( WHICH I DON'T LIKE either!
Your sooo pretty!!
@flygurl1222 yeah it's secondhand serenade - Stay Close, Don't Go
but I don't know the song before....
hello --> 你好
You say "你好", so cute!
That guy speaks english very well. I mean even his accent
OMG.... you are so pretty..... and so talented
why not , I MISS my chinese food noting good TO EAT in UK
have you been to 'Jardin de Jade ' in shanghai? its seriously the best restaurant in china
Press number 8 and paus, I LOVE YOU TiffanyAlvord :)
@McPrfctday she was in China cos she had to perform in a tv show with Jason Chen and Megan Nicole.
@melodie7502384 It was awesome! I loved every minute of it. I actually spent the majority of my time in the countryside, and away from the big cities, so I had to learn how to enjoy the food I ate, because there wasn't anything else available. lol It was quite the experience, but after surviving on basically rice for a month, after I got back to the U.S. I couldn't eat rice for like 6 months. I did at least try everything that was put in front of me though..I'd tell everyone to go if they could.
Yeah i know haha Im not a vegetarian anymore. I was one for 1 month and 4 days but...since Im in a korean family, its kinda hard not to eat meat since we eat meat almost everyday. So...I decided to become one when I live alone.
you are very funny and nice person i like watching yours vlogs do it more
I went to China in the summer holidays (I live in England) and there were loads of KFC's. They call is Kung Fu Chicken... haha.
I don't eat dogs! I wrote an article going against it before :) yeah the tones of Chinese words can cause lots of trouble. Asian room service can be really good, but valuables MUST be kept away. Especially in China.
I just need to say this:
You are beautiful, awesome and you have an amazing voice!
I have had 4 years of Chinese
I have had X years of chinese since I was born
@RelentlesslyUnending agreed
awesome
@BrandonAOuellette When the chicken tried to cross the road. A Chineseman stopped his car, got out and grabbed the chicken, took it home and ate it. OK!?
haha tiffany, saying hello (nihao) sounds like miao xDDD
this might be the best comparison i've ever heard as chinese :D
yeah, I agree. It's kinda strange. I mean, they have the title of being a "companion animal". So shouldn't it stay that way? And I may be wrong, but I don't think it's actually culture in China to eat them, but rather an overpopulation of stray dogs.
i went to beijing, china once. and the tour guide told us that if you lived in china and your dog ran away, you don't have to waste time looking for it as it will already be eaten.
cuuuuuuuuuuuuuuute
People do eat dogs in some areas of China (even though it's actually ILLEGAL), but it's not like eating your family pet, its the same as eating a cow or pig from the grocery store. There's a certain breed of dog that is bred solely for food. Mainly found in late night street food in some provinces because it is illegal and not advertised, you'll just see it hanging there roasted. You all -are- rude but that's probably because you're spoiled rich kids with no culture, normal for children.
the dumpling and the chopstick :DD
Go to the Philippines too!!!!
i Love you Tifany
