Man, learning this takes quite a lot of effort if you start from zero in adult age. Go look up Matteo D Cara on Insatgram. That guy started tricking when he was in his late 20's and now he is doing similar stuff that top trickers do!
Can cartfull be thought as a raiz.Because it looks like a raiz with the difference being that you just jump with both legs instead of one.Can it be learning progression from a raiz to cartfull?
I do the carthweel the same side as you but for round off it's the opposite (and I twist to the left) Should I try to learn to round off the other side to make it less confusing (I never did round off backfull but I have the feeling that it would be easier if mirrored my ro)

I have a cart full tutorial. I would not reccommend the method you just mentioned. The only similiraty is the eagle position.

No it is equally as good to do on both sides as long as you got a good roundoff
