That's by far the BEST round off tutorial I've ever seen on the net. Thank you for explaining this in such a clear way. This goes right to my iPod and to my next training!
THANK YOU SO MUCH STRENGTH PROJECT AND THAT GUY IN THE VIDEO!!!! THANKS TO THAT VIDEO, I FINALLY DID A ROUNDOFF TODAY AT MY CHEERLEADING PRACTICE!!! God bless this channel, and I hope I can learn more from Strength project.
i really love the new organized strengh project concept you with the gymnastics, arash with the plyometrics and sam tribble with the rings =) great work ! and i really like that there were so many videos in the last few months really keeps me motivated to work and vary my training and get into some new challenges ! ;)
Hi, very nice tutorial. I just wanted to ask one thing. When you put your hands down while doing the roundoff. do they have to be close to make the round off more effective?
i can get my cartwheel good but when it comes to round off i do it but when i try to bring my feet together and try to come down i cant i end up doing normal cartwheel facing the other side only any ideas ? please help
@BboyMazin954 i was unaware. korey was an awesome. i got chills reading this comment. korey was trying to help me get standing fulls. he had amazing energy and potential, and was an awesome guy! rip
@Kratax Thanks, i appreciate it. And yup, thats exactly how i do it in my classes. Hold the kids waist, help move their hands and feet where they should be so they can get a feeling of what is right.
i know how to round off, im watching this to improve so i can do round off back fulls and stuff but i noticed u said ur lefty and im righty but i handle my tricks as a lefty? is that odd? i wall spin to the left, sideflip to the left use my left leg as my take off leg when doing websters and stuff. is this normal because im getting worried haha
@manwithsongs practise with a spotter and it should help heaps. unless you have friends like mine who pretty much dropped me on my head midway through a backflip after i bailed. could also try a progression kinda thing where you start with a move that requires no balls and is technically simple like a macaco and work your way up to the ballsier moves which is what im doing
i have a question: from the part when i snap-down do i want my heels to touch the ground (for back summy ) i mean both on gym and hard floor? thank you
I need some help. When rebounding, I accidently turn to the left everytime. So when I go for a Round off > Backflip, it always ends in a Round off > Arabian. Do I have to push off harder with one hand or what could I possibly do wrong?
When I prep a round off backflip by rebounding and putting my arms up, my knees bend, but when I do a round off and rebound without putting my arms up afterwards like you would to backflip out of it, I have an amazing rebound, can someone tell me why when I put my arms up I bend my knees affecting the rebound meaning I cannot backflip out of it?
@@3DHDcat Helps warm up and work on mobility/flexibility. Just look at high level and Olympic level wrestlers warm up. They usually do gymnastic style exercises like handsprings, round offs, cartwheels.
I couldn't grasp why when I could continue straight into a back flip but I think I'm bending my knees to much as I couldn't get the right height when I landed
He is on a springfloor, not on solid ground... On concrete for example it is really hard for me to shoot really high up. When I try to jump higher I feel pain in my ankels and knees... Maybe someone who can advise me?? :)
Im having trouble doing the sideways handstand.... Like feel too far apart and I can't make them come together! Does anyone have any tips or suggestions that could help with it!?
@manwithsongs Yes. But wtf, they didn't even teach these things in school. I was mostly expected to just do. Maybe they taught something, but I learned nothing and didn't even dear to try. Only later I joined one club and they taught me some things by almost holding my hand until I succeeded better and better. If you want to teach, you have to make sure the student also learns. You are not finished before. This video is good though, because it is so accurate, as good as it gets.
@manwithsongs Well than you wont be able to do it the whole point is KNOWING that you can do it... You need the confidence to do it with out that it won't do it.
@manwithsongs Trust me you won't If you do everything right! Try and Find a gym near you and go there and ask if they have open gym! And if they do than ask if someone can help you.
That's by far the BEST round off tutorial I've ever seen on the net. Thank you for explaining this in such a clear way. This goes right to my iPod and to my next training!

Some people.say bring your hands from.low down. I think this way obviously works very well too. Great vid. Now I need to practice.
Is round off or round off back-handspring more powerful?
You're the best coach

Those takeoffs are so explosive they SOUND explosive.
When is the backflip tut coming out?

im right handed but feel more comfortable going over my left in any trick i do/attempt. any reason just curious.
I need some help. When rebounding, I accidently turn to the left everytime. So when I go for a Round off > Backflip, it always ends in a Round off > Arabian.
Do I have to push off harder with one hand or what could I possibly do wrong?
i keep getting my hands left behind how do i not do that?
So if i do this on cement i still don't want to bend my knees a lot? Or would i want to bend them more because its cement?
Where do i see his other videos!.?
i can't get my feet together while doing the roundoff.. they're always apart :( any tips on that? i always feel like i'm not strong or fast enough..
Thanks for making these!
