Btw do you have any tips on learning dub full? I feel like I have plenty power but my technique is lacking, I just can't seem to twist more than 360. Could just be a mental block, I dunno

That looked very similar to how I started, a lot of the same flips, no mats, grass, trees, trampolines, diving boards, and trucks, to flip off . 16 years later and I teach boys gymnastics/ parkour classes.
