Edit: by the way, i discovered that this wasn't my problem, what was happening to me it's because steam created a file called "version.dll", that doesn't exist in the normal arma 3 steam files. So, you need to delete that DLL, open your game and voila! It works!
It can vary from user to user so hard to say. Plus, I made this video years ago. Battleye may have gone through some changes that this may not apply to anymore. I also haven't played Arma in any server settings for about 4 years now so I have no other suggestions to provide. Sorry mate.
I dont know what to tell you. THere are a multitude of potential reasons this could be happening; Corrupt Windows files, corrupt game files, overheating of the CPU, bad RAM modules, hard drive/SSD failure etc. Does it BSOD?

If there's another problem someone else is dealing with, and I don't know what the problem is by directly seeing it happen, I can't fix it....

I've played everything from the Campaigns, DCO/DUWS, Battle Royale, Invade & Annex, Exile and even became a server admin for a couple Exile servers learning how to mod, code and script. There's nothing exciting for me to do anymore. There's a bunch of other life factors that played a part in leaving the game but I was already considering it prior to those personal developments.
This DOESN'T work ladies n gents. Your more likely to cripple your computer than solve the problem this way unless your tech savvy. For the sake of crying computers everywhere, don't do this.
Funny, in the video I literally did it.... And my computer isn't crippled. Same for the others, regardless if this was a working solution, their computers aren't crippled. These files only affect Battleye files so unless, somehow, you make your OS dependent on Battleye files to function, this will not cripple your computer. Sincerely, a computer tech of 13 years.

New fix, in the games battleye folder you can find "uninstall battleye" then after uninstalling you click "install battleye" in the same place
developers had A LOT of time to fix Arma III, but still decide to fuck this
it worked for the first time, but it appeared again when i play arma again , since then this not working anymore...
