    can add dalia contains 14g protein approx 350calories in 100g and costs around 60 rs per kg in a local shop it doesnt taste that good in the beginning but the taste is better than soya chunks lmao

    this man speaks the truth bhaiyo, zabardasti be matlab ke ulte seedhe diet plan bhul jao, just focus on regular training and hisab se khao ghar ka khana hi, try to eat natural stuff more and thats it, quantity ko goals ke according rakho baki tumsab samajhdar ho

    - Eat natural food and cooked at home as much as possible
    - Minimize/avoid junk food
    - Drink 1.5-2-3l of water /day depending on season size n water loss in ur body
    - have enough sleep 6-8hrs
    (Do not stay awake past 11pm and sleep beyond 8am)
    *learn from the birds
    - Sleep eat exercise/Yoga on time
    - Follow a strict schedule everyday..
    - Do not over exert ur body with exercise or work
    - Stay away from negativity/anger/arguments/anxiety as much as possible
    - Always have good positive perspective in life
    "Vegetarian food doesn't have enough protein/calcium energy" etc is a myth!!!
    Remember...
    India is the arguably the oldest ,but certainly the longest continuous civilisation having a predominantly vegetarian diet and has had extremely long life spans in the past generations!
    A gentle calm composed mind is equally important for a healthy body
    Failure/success is overrated in this day and age...
    Happiness and a sense of responsibility is key!
    Anything in excess is bad and moderation is good for life!

    My bulk up diet: morning :4 whole eggs + 2 roti + Chai 2 cups,
    Lunch:Ghar ka bana hua khana +2 ya 3 roti,
    Before gym : 2 egg whites+banana and peanut butter mix shake+
    After gym:kaala channa 2 muttj bhigoya hua.
    Dinner :350 grams dahi+ghar ka khana+2 3 roti.

    My weight is 66 kg
    At morning i eat 1 apple
    I drink 1scoop whey after workout in morning
    After that i eat 250 gram chicken and rice
    Then fruits Platter with curd
    Then 2brown bread with peanut butter and 2 egg white
    Then100 gram of boiled chicken with 5egg white boiled and 1 full egg
    Is this diet good for muscle building and fat loss
