- Drink 1.5-2-3l of water /day depending on season size n water loss in ur body
- have enough sleep 6-8hrs
(Do not stay awake past 11pm and sleep beyond 8am)

- Sleep eat exercise/Yoga on time
- Follow a strict schedule everyday..
- Do not over exert ur body with exercise or work
- Stay away from negativity/anger/arguments/anxiety as much as possible
- Always have good positive perspective in life

Lunch:Ghar ka bana hua khana +2 ya 3 roti,
Before gym : 2 egg whites+banana and peanut butter mix shake+
After gym:kaala channa 2 muttj bhigoya hua.
Dinner :350 grams dahi+ghar ka khana+2 3 roti.
Kabse follow kar re ho
