The turtles cereal did taste really good. It had a good balance of generic cereal to marshmallows. I faintly remember they included a small packet of green “ooze” syrup that you can add to the cereal.

Breakfast cereals in America were a big part of growing up in the 60s and 70s for my generation. Lots of marketing psychology went into it, notably having seemingly competitive products aimed at creating sibling rivalry to increase sales. For example I was a Quisp kid and my brother was a Quake kid, and again same with Count Chocula and Frankenberry, so at the grocery store with Mom pushing the shopping cart we insisted on buying both of them. Essentially it was just processed cereal grains combined with lots of refined sugar and artificial coloring and some sort of cartoonish character representation which played heavily on Saturday morning TV. Tnmt cereal was my favorite. In the 90’s there was a spider man cereal with the ex’s t same taste and Chex squares with spider man themes marshmallows. But also taken away. The 80’s had the best cereal. At least we still have Cinnamon Toast Crunch (though I prefer the 3 chef mascots on box cover than now), Cookie Crisp, lucky charms, Apple Jacks, fruit loops, fruity pebbles and trix cereals. Though some of those if not all were from the 70’s at least they were huge in the 80’s and still around to enjoy. I never got into pops, smacks, honeycomb, kaboom or Cocoa Puffs even though they were big, I tried them and never looked back. Capt n crunch too but better when they added marshmallows. I also loved Halloween monster cereals that still come out during Halloween in target
S'more cereal is available right now. Slightly different from its original form, but still as good. Its basically Golden Grahams and Coco Puffs mixed with marshmallow bits. Kinda like how Reeses Puffs cereal is Coco Puffs and Peanut butter Cap'n Crunch
I know they're still around but I wish I could have Fruity Pebbles. Unfortunately I had a traumatic incident with them as a child and can't eat them anymore.
Why does it show Fruity Pebbles in the thumbnail? I still get those. I’ve never seen a time when they weren’t available. Guess it’s clickbait crap or something.
Nickelodeon bought the rights to the cartoon adaptations in 2012 from Mirage Studios. The 1987 Teenage Mutant Ninja cartoon was produced by Fred Wolf Films, Westinghouse Broadcasting and CBS. The cereal was based on the 1987 Fred Wolf TV series.

I miss hotwheels cereal it was awesome cuz it came with an actual car 😬
The car came in a tiny plastic bag inside the larger plastic bag containing the cereal itself...
S'more cereal is available right now. Slightly different from its original form, but still as good. Its basically Golden Grahams and Coco Puffs mixed with marshmallow bits. Kinda like how Reeses Puffs cereal is Coco Puffs and Peanut butter Cap'n Crunch
Why is this video here and not on Watchmojo?
IceMaster972 why not
james howe Because it's not really women related.
Msmojo=watchmojo2
james howe What's the point in that?
I'm wondering why isn't it on MostAmazingTop10, then I remember they covered it.
S'mores is back, actually just had some last night
#9 I remember having that
I remember Moonstones. I could never get enough!
I wonder where Honey Combs have gone....
They're around. I ate some semi-recently.
RoseOfTheNight4444 thanks.
ItsDJGaming No prob :)
I found em at a Family Dollar store. May wanna check there.
I just bought some two days ago. (I’m from Canada tho)
They still have the S’mores cereal at Walmart. They also have Oreo O’s and Chips Ahoy cereal too. (Yes, they brought those back)
I know they're still around but I wish I could have Fruity Pebbles. Unfortunately I had a traumatic incident with them as a child and can't eat them anymore.
pythonkatie K how were you traumatized by cereal?
Ask a gimp: She found Barney had eaten all hers.
They changed the recipe in 1984. The original fruit flavors are long gone.
Why does it show Fruity Pebbles in the thumbnail? I still get those. I’ve never seen a time when they weren’t available. Guess it’s clickbait crap or something.
Wait.... TMNT was based on the Nick series? No.
Just no.
I pitty the poor researcher that just goes with the easy answer.
I had the original TMNT cereal once, and man was it good. lol
atranfanatic IKR
Same here.
It was full of Turtle Power.
lol oh yeah!
That bugged me a lot too
Nickelodeon bought the rights to the cartoon adaptations in 2012 from Mirage Studios.
The 1987 Teenage Mutant Ninja cartoon was produced by Fred Wolf Films, Westinghouse Broadcasting and CBS.
The cereal was based on the 1987 Fred Wolf TV series.
Used to get up early on Saturday and sit glued to the TV watching cartoons like Johnny Quest, Land of the Lost and the Superfriendswith a giant bowl of Count Chocula. That was my favorite cereal. Who else remembers doing this?
